    Agreement for Tenancy of an Allotment Garden These rules are made under the provisions of the Allotment Acts 1908-1950. This agreement has been approved and adopted by Bardney Group Parish Council at the meeting on 16th November 2017 (Minute Item 271-16/11/2017 refers) and amended at the meeting on 19th April 2018 (Minute item 349-19/04/2018 refers). This agreement replaces all previous agreements and amendments made by Bardney Group Parish Council. All previous individual basis consents given by the council stand, with all new matters being put forward to the council on an individual basis. This agreement applies to the allotment field site situated on Horncastle Road, Bardney. The agreement sets out the conditions of tenancy of your allotment garden which must be followed. A copy of this agreement is provided for all allotment tenants. By signing the allotment tenancy agreement, tenants undertake to abide by the terms and conditions set out herein in their entirety. Applications for allotment tenancies Allocation of allotment tenancies is given subject to the following:- applicants must be at least 18 years of age and resident in the parishes of Apley, Southrey, Stainfield & Bardney at the time of application (applications will be accepted from residents in other parishes provided that at the time of application there are no other residents from Apley, Bardney, Southrey & Stainfield waiting for approval of an allotment); preference may be given to an applicant who does not already hold an allotment garden; if all other factors are equal, preference will be given to the applicant whose name appears first on the waiting list of applications for tenancies retained by Bardney Group Parish Council; A code will be given to each tenant (to allow access onto the allotment site).The code may be given by the tenant to their family and/or co-worker however the tenant must take all responsibility for any persons gaining access to the allotment site through their code.

    308 Parts oC Lindsey. PANTO N. PANTON is a small parish of scattered houses, 3 miles E. of Wragby and!) N. of Bardney Railway station, containing 157 inhabitants, and 1996A. 2R. 27P. of land. Christopher Turnor, Esq., owns nearly all the soil, is lord of the manor and patron of the benefice. The Church (St. Andrew), which consists of nave, chancel and open belfry with one bell, is a neat stone structure, containing 12D sittings. In the chancel wall is inserted an ancient monumental figure of a knight in armour. The benefice, which is a rectory, valued in K.B. at £12, has been consolidated with the vicarage of Wragby since 1859, and jointly worth £627 per annum, in the incumbency of the Rev. William Knox Marshall, B.D. (surrogate), who is prebendary of Hereford, and resides at Wragby. The Rev. Anthony ·winter Bailey, M.A., the resident curate, occQpies the rectory house, 'vhich was built in 1840, and enlarged in 1867. There are 23A. 3R. 32P. of glebe land. Panton Hall, the seat of Edmund Turnor, Esq., M.P. for the South Division Lincolnshire, is a large mansion, pleasantly situated in a well-wooded park, built in 1724, from a design by Hawksmoor; but since considerably enlarged from plans by Carr, of York.     The Quaternary sediments at Welton-le-Wold, Lincolnshire Allan Straw Abstract: The sediments at Welton-le-Wold have been described and discussed for some 40 years, mainly because of two important features, the discovery of artefacts beneath ancient tills and the direct overlay of Devensian till on one of these. Quarry operations ceased in 1973, and in 2004 a report for English Heritage (Aram et al, 2004) described renewed research and also presented an interpretation of environmental circumstances that differed from earlier accounts. The earlier views were re-iterated (Straw, 2005), but two recent papers (Green, 2011: Gamble 2014) relied on the 2004 version. Data concerning the sediments, their modes and environments of deposition are now confirmed, and age estimates place the older deposits firmly within MOIS 8 (300–245ka BP). In 2014 an article was published (Gamble, 2014) endorsed by English Nature and English Heritage. The romantically entitled ‘Where elephants once roamed’, various projects that comprised the study were described referring to the find some 45 years ago in the Welton- and results were recorded at length in the project report le-Wold quarry [TF280882] of a massive tusk (2.2m for English Heritage (March 2004) entitled ‘Towards long), several teeth and considerable, highly friable, an understanding of the Ice Age at Welton-le-Wold, skull bone.
