General Secretary of the Board of Trustees and Executive Director of the Journey of Hope Yousef Al- Jassim addressed the event, expressing gratitude to HH the Amir for his continuous support to the journey, which was essential to secure its success. Jassim also appreciated the backing of the prime minister whose “direct support was the major factor for achieving the set goals of the journey”. Sheikh Jaber expressed in a press statement his pride of what the “sons of Kuwait” achieved in the journey “that carried to the world a noble humanitarian message and targets for caring for this dear category of people with their obvious social and sports activities”.
