IMPORTANT ROAD CLOSURE INFORMATION SUNDAY 8 APRIL 2018 ROAD CLOSURES In place between 05:00 and 18:00 To ensure the safety of runners and spectators, the ASICS Greater Marathon has to be run on closed roads. The closures will be in place for as short a time as possible and we shall help you get around as much as we can but some people will be affected. To help plan your journey, please see the map below showing which roads are closed and diversion routes.

IMPORTANT ROAD AREA 2A Milton Road and Canute Road CLOSURE INFORMATION 06:00–16:00 SUNDAY 8 APRIL 2018 Due to the road closures and the build of the finish area, residents wishing to use their AREA 3 vehicles between 06:00 and 11:00 will have Estate to leave them in Area 3 or on the other side A56 Talbot Road to White City Way of Talbot Road, dependant on where they want 06:00–11:00 to go. After 11:00 residents will be able to exit From 06:00–11:00 residents will not be able onto the A56 and be able to travel north out of to use the A56 in either direction. There will the area. however be in place a diversion which allows AREA 2B residents to leave or gain access to the estate Gorse Hill – Talbot Road using Thomas Street. 06:00–16:00 At this location there will then be two lanes Residents and businesses on the Gorse Hill operating on the A56 northbound carriageway Estate bounded by Talbot Road. You will be to allow residents and workers access to and able to leave or go back onto the estate via from the estate via Davyhulme Road East. a new access that is in place at the exit point After 11:00 traffic from Gorse Hill Estate can onto Great Stone road at the end of Gorse flow freely, northbound towards the City. AREA 2C Great Stone Road — No Parking Properties with access from Bridgewater There will be no parking allowed on Great Street and Radnor Street, Stretford Stone Road between Briggs Road and the A56 05:30–16:00 Chester Road. This is to help with the Family Due to the road closures in place on the A56, Mile event. Vehicles parked on this section of residents wishing to use their vehicles between road could be towed away. 05:30 and 16:00 will need to leave them in Area 19 on the other side of the A56 in order to access the diversion routes available.
