YPC part of Teen Test Day At seventeen Youth Pride Center (YPC) was at the South Shore Cultural Center, 7059 S. Shore, last month for Feb. 5 will mark the 17th anniversary of the passing of local AIDS activist and political car- the annual Teen Test Day, during which more than 1,000 teenagers had screenings for HIV and toonist Danny Sotomayor. The openly gay Sotomayor grew up in the Humboldt Park neighbor- other diseases at the health-related event. Among other things, YPC was part of a concert at the hood of Chicago.
