Cancellation Policy Bookings cancelled after 14 days of booking will be charged a fee of FJD$72 per person Bookings cancelled after 5 days of booking within the month of travel will be charged a fee of FJD$72 per person Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of travel or no show will be charged 100% of total booking value.
How to Get There Located at Nadi International Airport The Island hopers Hanger is close enough that guests can transfer directly from their inbound flight to the Helipad. Heli pads are also operated at Denarau and a variety of resorts. Check in/Check out

Delays and Cancellation - IHL will not be responsible for flight disruptions caused by weather or atmospheric conditions, matters of aviation safety, aircraft maintenance or disrupted schedules caused by connecting flights/ travel. - IHL will use all reasonable efforts to minimise the impact of a disrupted schedule as a result of any failing in its own service. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis and may include compensation, other comparable travel arrangements or lodging as is standard in the industry.

Dangerous Goods For safety reasons, dangerous articles must not be packed in checked or carry-on baggage. Free Fall Fiji Maximum weight limit is 115kg. Guests weighing over 100kg will be charged a surcharge fee.
At FREE FALL FIJI children from 6-12 years can skydive with approval from the Safety Officer.
Payment Policy Payment is due within 14 days of booking (when the E-Ticket is issued)
Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy – Helicopter Any bookings cancelled after 14 days will be charged at FJ$65 per person cancellation fee. Any bookings cancelled after 5 days within the month of travel will be charged at FJ$65 per person cancellation fee. Any bookings cancelled or no-show within 72 hours will be charged full fare as cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy – Fixed Wing Any bookings cancelled after 14 days will be charged at FJ$65 per person cancellation fee. Any bookings cancelled after 5 days within the month of travel will be charged at FJ$65 per person cancellation fee. Any bookings cancelled before 14 days of departure will be refunded 50% of the fare. Any bookings cancelled within 14 days of departure is non refundable. Any bookings cancelled or No – show will result in cancellation of sector and ticket value will be forfeited. Amendment fee will be charged at FJ$100 per person per date change.
Island Hoppers Service to Savusavu and Taveuni: Cancellation/Refunds/No shows Cancellation Policy Any bookings cancelled will be charged FJD150 per person cancellation fee. Any bookings cancelled or no-show within 48 hours will be charged full fare as cancellation fee. Change fee is FJD$72 per change
Free Fall Fiji - SkyDive If cancelled by FREE FALL FIJI due to weather conditions a full refund will be given. If cancelled outside of 48 hours a full refund will be given. If cancelled by the client within 48 hours a 50% refund will apply. If cancelled by the client within 48 hours due to medical reasons a 100% refund will be given on sighting of a medical certificate.
