25 What to Expect 113-H-W-4 Road Closures Work Hours* Frontage Rd. will be closed except to Monday – Saturday 6:00am – construction related traffic and for 6:00pm access to the adjacent solar field. * Early morning concrete pours will be necessary and will be in strict accordance with the Orange County noise ordinance Limited single lane closure will be required along Seidel Rd. at times throughout the project to complete Deliveries work located immediately adjacent Monday – Friday 6:00am – 6:00pm to traffic lanes. Summerlake Groves St. at Seidel Rd. All construction deliveries to enter will be closed to reconfigure the the jobsite from Frontage Rd. entrance for school bus traffic.
