If enrolled prenatally: Follow guidelines based on child’s age as displayed in the chart below. If not enrolled prenatally:

Administer ASQ3 within 4 months of enrollment and then follow age targets above, beginning at next required age following the first screening. **The above guidelines represent minimum standards for screening. If parents have concerns or home visitors recognize concern, should screen more frequently and/or make referrals to appropriate programs for full assessment.
