Dear Conference Exhibitor or Coordinator:

3 You are invited to exhibit at the CMC 41st annual Fall Conference at the Hyatt Regency Hotel and Spa, in Monterey CA. We exclusively represent two-year-college math and statistics instructors in Northern California. Our Conference will have… * (Friday, Dec. 13) Early Registration from 2:00 to 4:00 pm & from 5:30 to 6:45 pm, * (Friday, Dec. 13) a Reception with a Keynote Speaker from 7 pm to 9 pm, and * (Sat., Dec. 14) Exhibit booths, sessions & a Keynote, from 8 am to 6 pm.

Space is limited: register early to exhibit. We anticipate an attendance of 250 to 300 people.

Each exhibitor gets a free 1/4 pg advertisement in our conference program. (See below for Larger ads).

Each pipe-and-draped booth is 8' x 10' . You need to contact Tricord Tradeshows Services to order your own furniture, electricity, and shipping details.

For pre-printed nametags, send exhibitors' names to Joe Conrad by Nov. 15, 2013. No late names, please.

We are happy to give away door prizes for no charge (calculators, gift certificates, wine, etc). 3 Send door prizes to the CMC program chair, Mark Harbison (contact info. below).

We could also give away one item to every participant (in their registration bag) for a small fee. For example, consider sharing a ruler, notepad, eraser, magnet or pencil with your company’s logo on it.

Food & beverage catering must be arranged through Shannon Young . Participants really enjoy booth-hosted beer, wine or other snacks (especially at 5 pm on Saturday).

Also contact Shannon Young to reserve a room for a commercial workshop, recommended for Friday, Dec. 13, 2013 from 3 to 5 pm. 3 3 CMC will advertise your commercial workshop, but not arrange it. CMC can also provide the names and emails of people who checked the “yes invite me” option on their registration form.
