Club members are invited to apply for tickets and if applications exceed the number of tickets allocated a ballot will be held.
Please complete and return to the address above no later than 12th January 2018 with a cheque for the amount (£) applied for made payable to Hampstead RFC.
Payment only accepted by cheque in advance of ballot. Successful applicant’s cheques will be cashed and a refund will be made to the applicant it they do not receive their full application.
Applications for tickets can be made with this form and cheque by post only
It is likely a maximum of 2 - 4 tickets will be available per match subject to the numbers applying.
Cheques for tickets of 2 make it easier to avoid refunds e.g. If you wish to apply for 4 tickets please enclose 1 cheque for £145 (includes admin fee) and 1 for £140.
Ticket prices are £70 each plus a club admin fee of £5.
