Introduction My aim is to make photography a fun and relaxing experience. A photo captures a once in a life time memory, each shoot will be personalised to suit your desires.
My Style My style is “Freestyle”.
This is a blend of traditional, contemporary and reportage photography, allowing me to capture your day in the most complete way.

Modern Photography Photography has evolved in leaps and bounds over the years - the first wedding photographs were film based of course, but now I shoot digitally using Nikon professional cameras. Shooting digitally allows me to provide stunning pictures and albums.

Enlargement and prints I can supply reprints and additional images from £ 3.50 (6”x4”). These can be ordered online through on my website.
Acrylic and Canvas Prints I can provide a range of canvases from 10” x 8” onwards. Canvases can be whole images or divided onto several canvases. Prices are start from £ 60.00.
Guest Signing mounts A signing mount can make a lovely alternative to a guestbook. I can offer a framed signing mount for £ 40.00

Date It is mutually agreed that the following terms of agreement form an integral part of this contract and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless accepted by both SKE’s Photography and the client, in writing.
BOOKING FEE: A booking fee of 45% is required at the time of booking, together with a signed contract. Dates are reserved only when this deposit is paid by cash or cheque. Please make cheques payable to Sophie Elvin.
BALANCE PAYMENT: The balance is to be made not later than 30 days prior to the wedding day. Payment for additional album photographs, prints & frames is made after the wedding at the time of ordering.
CREATIVE LICENCE: SKE’s Photography shall be granted creative and artistic license in relation to the choice of locations and poses used. SKE’s photographic style and the number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct; due to changes of the weather and the availability and willingness of subjects. SKE’s Photography will do her best to honour requested photographs but does not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangement.
VIEWING: Proof albums containing contact sheets of all images taken during the day will be dispatched to the client within 21 working days after the wedding. Proofs will also be available to view and purchase on-line via www.skesphotography.co.uk
COPYRIGHT: The 1998 Copyright, Designs, and Patents Act assigns copyright to SKE’s Photography. You may not copy the photographs taken under this contract, or allow copies to be made photographically, electronically, or by any other means. Unless agreed with SKE’s Photography beforehand.
EXCLUSIVITY: SKE’s Photography will be the sole professional (still)photographer at the venues specified. Although SKE’s Photography do however positively encourage family, friends, and other guests to take photographs throughout the day.
FORCE MAJEURE: In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond SKE’s Photography control, her liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.
CANCELLATION: If SKE’s Photography has to cancel this contract for reasons beyond her control, (death, injury, sickness etc.),her liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Every effort will be made to find an alternative photographer. Should the client cancel, as compensation for loss of income for SKE’s Photography, the following charges apply as a percentage of the total fee due.(Number of days before the wedding) 60 days or less -100% 61-90 days - 75%. 91-120 days - 50%. Should the cancelled wedding turn out to be a postponement, then, subject to SKE’s Photography availability, all money paid maybe applied to the new wedding. In this case, the total fees chargeable shall be the fee which applies at that time. In the event of SKE’s Photography taking another wedding booking for your cancelled or postponed a refund of your deposit (less expenses) and monies paid shall be made.
PRIVACY: SKE’s Photography will store your name and wedding details on a private internal database. These details will not be made available to companies or individuals outside of SKE’s Photography. Should you wish to have your details removed from my database, please advise me in writing.
I have read and fully understand the schedule and terms of agreement of this contract and realize that this contract becomes effective immediately. I agree that cancellation rates will apply in case of cancellation by me.
