Contest Rules and Regulations
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTERE OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOTE INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1) Description
This contest is sponsored by Roman Jewelers, Inc. and is eligible for those residing within the United States and are 18 years of age or older. The contest begins March 1, 2016 and ends 12:00PM EST June 1, 2016. Entries must be received by 11:59PM EST June 1, 2016.Contest is void where prohibited. By entering, each participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these contest rules.You are providing your information to Roman Jewelers Inc. The information you provide will be used for choosing the winners and offering you promotional email services with Roman Jewelers.
2) Eligibility
Roman Jewelers #GreatEngagement Contest (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of employees of Roman Jewelers Inc. are not eligible to enter, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and their advertising and production agencies are not eligible to participate in this contest. Only one entry per individual will be accepted.

The Contest is sponsored by Roman Jewelers Inc., located at 39 Highway 12, Flemington NJ 08822.
4) How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter the contest.
Beginning March 1, 2016, individuals can:
1) Post a photograph to Facebook using promotion hashtag #GreatEngagement and tagging @RomanJewelers, or,
2)Post a photograph to Instagram using hashtag #GreatEngagement and tagging @RomanJewelers
All entries become the property of Roman Jewelers, Inc. and Roman Jewelers Inc. reserves the right to use any information submitted by entrants. All images must be property of the entrant. All person(s) and property included in the image the entrant must have legal permission and rights to use. The authorized Facebook or Instagram account holder associated with the entry will be considered the entrant. An “authorized account holder” shall mean the natural person assigned to such account by Facebook or Instagram, A potential winner may be requested to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the account associated with a winning entry.
5) Winner Selection
All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Contest Period. A winner will be selected entirely based on the quality of the entry as determined by a uniform set of rules and judged by a panel of judges, and will be selected based on creativity, quality, originality. Judging will be conducted by Roman Jewelers.

One (1)$500 Roman Jewelers Gift Card
7) Delivery of Prize
Winner will receive the allotted prize within 30 days of notification. Winner will be announced on Roman Jewelers Facebook and Instagram accounts, and on at the end of the contest on or about June 2, 2016. Roman Jewelers will also contact winner by commenting on winner’s photo entry on Facebook or Instagram. If a potential winner cannot be reached within fifteen (15) days using the contact information provided at the time of entry, that potential winner shall forfeit the prize. The potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified.
8) Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE IS SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.
9) Conditions of Acceptance of Prize
Proof of ownership of photo may be required.Prize will be sent via US Postal Services. Roman Jewelers cannot guarantee any time of delivery for prize. Prize may not be exchanged for cash or any other consideration. The winner agrees to the use of his or her name and likeness in publicity without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this contest, each winner acknowledges that Roman Jewelers has the right to publicize and broadcast the winner’s name, contest photo submission, and likeness, the fact that he or she won, and all matters incidental thereto.
10) Limitation on Liability
By entering this contest, each entrant forever discharges and releases Roman Jewelers its/their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, suits, and demands of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest, including, without limitation, responsibility for property damage, loss of life, or personal injury resulting from or in connection with participating in the promotion or from or in connection with use or receipt of the prize(s), however caused.
11) Sponsor’s Reservation of Rights.
These official rules are subject to modification by Roman Jewelers. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by Roman Jewelers are final and binding.Roman Jewelers reserves the right, in it’s sole discretion, to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, or who otherwise acts in violation of these official rules. Roman Jewelers further reserves the right, in its/their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or modify this contest if, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of completion as planned.
