Reply form for the requirement specification for the IT system for timetabling and room booking

Compliance with the requirements and desires outlined in the requirement specification must be answered using of the following abbreviations:

STD / Met by the existing standard system.
Configuring user interface components is not considered as development, but as solution configuration and parameter setting.
D-STD / Partially met by the existing standard system. No alignment is performed.
UDV / Achieved by means of an alternative to an adaptation of the existing standard system or a development.
D-UDV / Partially met by an alternative to an adaptation of the existing standard system or a development.
NOT / Not met.
N/A / Used when the answer is not considered relevant

If the requirement can be met by the standard system, but at a later time, the STD-answer shall be supplemented with a remark on expected delivery date.

If the requirement can be met in whole or in part via an alternative to an adaptation of the existing standard system or development, UDV or D-UDV shall be supplemented with a remark on the amount for fulfilment.
