RESIDENTS OF QUERENCIA AT BARTON CREEK RING IN THE NEW YEAR WITH FINE DINING AND DANCING

AUSTIN, JAN. 21, 2009: Lighthearted conversation, laughter and New Year’s resolutions filled the air as residents of Querencia at Barton Creek retirement resort gathered to ring in 2009 at the community’s New Year’s Eve gala. The evening began with wine and hors d’oeuvres, followed by an elegant dinner in the Mesquite dining room. Following dinner, residents continued the celebration by dancing throughout the evening to lively entertainment from The Ken Ragsdale Orchestra.

“ The New Year’s Eve gala was a complete success,” said Emily Yeager, lifestyles director of Querencia at Barton Creek. “The residents looked stunning and were in high spirits. It was a wonderful way to end 2008 and celebrate the beginning of 2009.”
