ENTRY DEADLINE: Wednesday, May 18, 2016 (12:00 PM) You will receive a return e-mail of your entries from Ron Erion. Any changes prior to 6:00 pm on 5/18 must be e-mailed to [email protected]. No changes, other than scratches, will be taken after 6:00 PM. Seeds will be drawn after the scratches and “entered and not competing forms” are turned in May 19th at 9:00am. Results can be located on the shed in the north east corner of Woodle Field. AWARDS: MEDALS FOR PLACES 1-8 INDIVIDUAL EVENTS – SCORING PRE-SET FOR 7 TEAMS PLACES 1-3 IN RELAYS PLAQUE TO REGION CHAMPION and RUNNER-UP THERE WILL BE NO AWARDS FOR “AA / LAST CHANCE” DISCUS, SHOT PUT, LJ, TJ WILL BE THREE ATTEMPTS AND 9 TO FINALS. OPENING HEIGHTS FOR HIGH JUMP AND POLE VAULT WILL BE DETERMINED BY REGION COMMITTEE ADMISSION: ADULTS $6.00 / STUDENTS $4.00

We will provide tapes, rakes, etc. *Inspectors / Umpires: Athletic Directors will act as relay and corner umpires, and hurdle inspectors. Clay Anderson will head this group and have a meeting with all AD’s at 11:00 at the finish line. If you are unable to attend, please supply the name of a qualified person that will take your place as inspector / umpire.
