WNY Teacher Center Procedures for Course Registration and CIP credit 2011-12

1. Complete Form A – located in EForms under myErie1. This form must be completed by February 1, 2012. *Only Erie 1 teachers.

2. Register in PDP Premier - Use the “view district catalog” tab to register for all Teacher Center courses and committee work. Once you click on the course or committee the form will automatically be filled out. Fill out ‘justification’ box and then click ‘submit’. When taking courses outside our Teacher Center, you will need to manually type the information into the registration form by clicking on ‘Submit New Request’ tab. *Only Erie 1 teachers.

3. Register on Teacher Center Website http://www.teachercenter.e1b.org – You must sign in first. If you do not have an account, create one by clicking on ‘register’ in upper right corner. Go to calendar tab, click on the date/course name, click on register.

4. Payment – Send a check made out to Erie 1 BOCES for the amount of your classes ($7 per credit hour) directly to the Teacher Center/Lynne Crawford. The check must be received before 4:00 PM of the last day of registration or you will not be allowed to attend the class.

5. Evaluation – Once you have completed the course, an evaluation will be emailed to you. This must be completed in a timely manner in order to be verified. *Diana Jones creates and emails the evaluations.

6. Claim Form – located in EForms. Before submitting your Claim Form, go into your summary page in PDP and make sure all 24 hours have been verified. *Only Erie 1 teachers.

7. Certificates – If the teacher is not an Erie 1 teacher, Diana Jones will send a certificate to teacher via email once she has received confirmation of payment from Lynne and the evaluation has been completed.
