Payment Method
Registration fee is 290€ (which is inclusive of accommodation, food and drink, transport to and from the venue, and the entry to the event itself).
Please note that space is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
On completion and receipt of the registration form, you will receive an interim confirmation via email. Your registration will not be finalised until full payment of the registration fee has been received.
Before making any further arrangements (for example travel reservations etc.), please wait for the final registration confirmation from the organisers.

Only valid credit cards will be accepted. Refunds will only be made to the charged account, cash refunds are not possible. Cancellations can be made via email to .
Registrations cancelled before November 1, 2017will be reimbursed with 80% of the registration fee. Registrations cancelled after November 1, 2017 will not be eligible for a refund.
In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons for which the organisers cannot be made responsible, participation fees will not be reimbursed. Organisers are not responsible for any liabilities towards third parties by the participant. Additional expenses will therefore not be waived by the organisers.
