Participation Terms of trade Fair “SIAULIAI 2012”

1. THE ORGANIZER

2. SITE AND WORKING HOURS

Exhibition site: Siauliai Arena, J. Jablonskio St. 16, Siauliai, Lithuania.

Working hours: 29 and 30-11-2012, 10 a.m. ̶ 7 p.m.

01-12-2012, 10 a.m. ̶ 6 p.m.

Registration of participants and stands equipment: November 28, 2012, from 9 a.m. ̶ 8 p.m.

Demounting of exhibits:

December 01, 2012, 6 p.m. ̶ 9 p.m.

December 02, 2012, 8 a.m. – 12 a.m.

3. APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION

The filled in and signed Application Form is sent back to the organizer of the exhibition by November 15, 2012. Applications received beyond the stated date will be taken into consideration depending on the reason for late entry. Only completely filled in and signed Application acquires legal power.

4. PARTICIPATION CHARGE

Registration charge 100 EUR. Equipped exhibition area in the showroom: 55 EUR/1 sq. m

Minimum stand’s area: 6 sq. m

Corner stand: 10 per cent extra charge.

The price, besides basic services (general organization of the exhibition, attraction of visitors by means of diverse advertisements, general lighting, passage cleaning, security during non working hours, 2 invitations to the party on the exhibition opening day, 20 visitor invitations, and an exhibition catalogue), includes the following structures and equipment:

- 1 table, - 2 chairs

- carpet flooring

- white partitions, 2.5 m high

- 1 directed light source/3 sq. m

- 1 socket, 220 V, 1 kW

- the company's name in standard type.

Unequipped exhibition area (without structures, table, chairs, partitions, light source and electricity-in) 45 EUR/1 sq. m. Additional equipment and furniture for a stand can be ordered.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

The Participant undertakes to remit to the Organizer’s indicated bank account the advance payment of registration fee submitting the Application. All the other invoices drawn by the Organizer should be paid not later than November 26, 2012.

The Participant should be included into the list of participants after the registration fee is received. The right to take place in the exhibition is given to the Participant after all the terms of payment are fulfilled, on the contrary the Organizer shall have a right to cancel the Participant’s participation in the exhibition. All the Participant’s debts to the Organizer shall be extracted by the procedure established by the Law.

6. PARTICIPATION WITHDRAWAL OR FAILURE TO ARRIVE

A participation withdrawal must be executed in writing and is valid if approved by the Organizer. The Participant has a right to withdraw his Application for Participation in the exhibition. The Participant is entitled to get back all his money contributions except the Registration Charge if he withdraws no later than by November 1, 2012. If the withdrawal is registered later than the stated date, participant pays 50 per cent of charge of the ordered area in the exhibition..

7. ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT & FURNITURE ORDERING

The Participant is sent an additional equipment & furniture ordering form under request, through which the Participant can order additional equipment or furniture for his/her stand. The organizer must receive the completely filled form no later than 15 November 2012.

8. ACCREDITATION

Accreditation cards giving their holder a right to enter the exhibition area freely and attend all events taking place during the exhibition time are issued to a participating company at the moment of arrival to exhibition.

9. EXHIBIT SECURITY & INSURANCE

The exhibition organizers offer general security during the exhibition working days (0-24 hours). The organizers are not responsible for the security of the participant's stand, and do not assume any responsibility concerning the participant's exhibits. If the Participant wishes to have an individual security for his/her exhibit stand, the participant must consult the organizer. The Participant is fully responsible for having or obtaining the insurance of his exhibit, and personal property.

10. NOTICES

The Organizer undertakes to let the Participant know all additional information related to the organization of the exhibition, as well as other information in case the exhibition is moved to another place or is opened at other time not by the Organizer's fault.

11. SEMINARS

Participants may reserve time for a seminar or company presentation during the exhibition. This service is rendered to the Participant free of charge. The date, subject and lecturer of the seminar are included in the program free of charge.

12. COMPENSATION FOR LOSSES

The Participant undertakes to return structures, elements and furniture of typical stands undamaged. Otherwise, Participant shall pay 100% of the value of the equipment. The Participant is strictly forbidden to stick anything on the stand walls and equipment without the prior confirmation and approval of the organizer.

13. STAND MAINTENANCE

During the exhibition the stand can’t be left without attendance. Also empty containers or alien things shall not be kept in the stand. The Organizer is not responsible for security of the exhibits. The Participant must comply with the fire prevention regulations, industrial and labor safety rules within the exhibition area. Smoking is forbidden in the exhibition area.

FILLING IN AND SIGNING THE APPLICATION, THE PARTICIPANT IS OBLIDGED TO FOLLOW THESE PARTICIPATION TERMS.
