Notice of Annual General Meeting

Please be advised that on the 5th day of August 2017that Erina Archery Club Inc. will hold its Annual General Meeting at the range. All members are invited to attend and encouraged to participate. The meeting will commence following an Extraordinary General Meeting being held at 10am which has previously been notified to all members.

PLEASE NOTE: Any member who arrives after 10am will not be permitted to participate in the Annual General Meeting.

Included in the agenda will be the election of the committee of management for the ensuing year. Please find enclosed nomination and appointment of proxy forms.

Nomination forms must be returned to the Returning Officer c/o The secretary by hand or by post to: EAC P.O. Box 3640, ERINA NSW, 2250by 12:00 on Saturday July 29or signed and scanned copies via e-mail: later than 17:00 on MondayJuly31 2017. (originals must be provided on the morning of the AGM)

Each member may nominate up to three persons for election as Committee of Management.

COmmittee of Management

Member Responsabilities

To assist with the administration of the club and provision of member services specific responsibilities for functional areas of the club are delegated to members of the committee of management. Any member who wishes to raise an issue relating to some aspect of the club should initially contact the committee member responsible for that functional area.

Specific areas of responsibility will be allocated to committee members at the first committee meeting after the AGM.

These committee members are to report back to the committee of management on any issue identified.
