All Meetings are at 7:00 PM (Delegates only need to attend one meeting.)
Club Presidents, Delegates, and Administrators, This is the first attempt at hosting regional meetings within the NCJLA. The hope of the NCJLA Board is to increase attendance which should also increase direct Club involvement and assistance at the league level.
AGENDA
1. Call to Order: Meeting will be run buy an NCJLA Board Member if President Hartog or Vice President Samet is not in attendance.
2. Review of Minutes of September 20th Delegates Meeting and October 15 Board Meeting:
3. Registration Updates All teams must be registered by November 30th. 4. Commissioners' Updates: Review Bantam U-9 rules.
5. Travel Teams: Discussion of Travel Teams. Tryouts are at the Bentley School in Lafayette on the weekend of February 21 and 22. Announcement of Coaches and top team attending USLacrosse National Championship and 2nd team to attend VAIL
6. Treasurer's Update
7. Referee Updates Senior Teams to play formal scrimmages on February 8 or 9.
8. Scheduling for 2009 Season Pick dates for scheduling meetings
9. Celebrate NorCAL Lacrosse Cherry Island, May 2 and 3
10. PCA Once again, the NCJLA received the USLacrosse grant to help cover the costs of the PCA training classes. ALL coaches on a sideline must be trained and have their card with them at each game.
