A HUGE THANK YOU to DEBBIE HANSEL and STACY ENNIS for chairing the 1/2 Day Activities last week during conferences!!!!! It was a big responsibility and we are so appreciative of everything they did to organize the 1/2 Day Activities! And a BIG THANK YOU to all of the volunteers who came and helped supervised the children and distributed the lunches during those 3 days! We could not have done it without the help of the volunteers that came each day!!! Thank you!!!!!
A special thanks to Anita Vecchio for an excellent job of coordinating and scheduling our School Show. It was a great effort requiring a lot of legwork. The kids enjoyed it and were proud to exhibit their many talents to their friends. Thanks again Anita for taking the effort to do this for another year!!
A special thanks to Nidhi Gupta and Sumathi Nambi for organizing the assembly for the Earth Day. We had the Essex Environmental Center in Roseland present an assembly "Bright Green Careers" where they taught our kids about the roles that biologists, herpetologists, chemists, foresters, etc play in keeping the earth green and viable for all of us.
Ice Cream is sold every Friday!!! Help support the 5th Grade Committee!! We serve nut free ice cream each week... All Ice cream costs $1. (Kindergarteners please send your money in an envelope, little Baggie, or with a post it).
