RULES.
- All riders and/or any substitute riders must have their names on the entry form. This is an insurancerequirement. Requests to ride together should be indicated on the entry form and £5.00 entry fee per rider to be sent with the form.
- Riders must report to the Secretary on the day, and pay a further minimum of £15 either personally or in sponsorship money.
- Entries received after Monday18th will be charged an extra £10
4. Hard hats must be worn to B.S.I. standard.
5. Dogs MUST be on leads at ALL times.
6. All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
7. Please show consideration to the land-owners and other horses and riders.
8. No liability for loss of, or damage to, horses, people or property will be accepted by the organisers, officials or landowners. It is essential for riders to follow the ride signs/arrows which are carefully placed to ensure the safety of horse & rider.
9. The committee reserves the right to ask any rider to leave the course, or to call for veterinary opinion, as to the soundness of any horse, at the rider's expense.
10. Please carry a mobile phone and put the number on the entry form

A 15-minute rest halfway is recommended.You are welcome to stop at The Crown Inn, on the Green in HARTEST. Water available for horses.
