TENDER NOTICE
Auto Cluster Development And Research Institute (ACDRI.) project is established under IIU Scheme of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India for Enhancing Global Competitiveness for Auto Industry.
The Auto Cluster provides services in Design and Development, Testing, Training, Validation, Prototype Development of Auto Components / Assemblies for sectors in Engineering, Electronics, and Rubber & Polymer.
ACDRIL desires to procure New or Existing Refurbish and Commissioning of CO 2 Laser for EOS – P385 Rapid Prototype Machine. The Tenderer should be OE Manufacturer and have minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the business of Supply / Commissioning / Operating / Servicing & Maintenance of the above equipment. Tenderer should provide satisfactory evidence acceptable to the ACDRI, Pune.
In support of the above Tenderer to submit their offer to The Managing Director, Auto Cluster Development & Research Institute, C-181, Chinchwad MIDC, Chinchwad, Pune – 411019.,Ph.No.:- (020 – 66333700/703),Fax No.: - (020 – 66333704).
The supplier should submit their credentials, list of customer’s performance statement of the equipments and references of such jobs already carried out in the past. The evaluation of the proposal will be done considering all aspects and the Auto Cluster Development & Research Institute is not under obligation to place the order on the lowest bidder.
The Auto Cluster Development & Research Institute reserves the right to accept/reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

8. Price Offered a. The quotation should be furnished in Two Parts in different sealed covers in the following manners b. The first part should contain complete technical details of the item offered along with name and address of the Manufacturer, full name and address of the authorized person / representative, guaranteed delivery period and 2 Sets of the latest catalogues. This part should not contain the price details. The EMD as indicated should also be enclosed along with the Technical details. The second part should contain the price and other commercial terms. The price should be quoted for delivery at Auto Cluster, PCMC, PUNE. 11. Notes a. Late offers will not be entertained or accepted. b. Managing Director of the Institute reserves the right to reject any tender / all tenders without assigning any reason. c. In case of unsuccessful tender, the EMD will be refunded only after finalization of contract. d. In case of tender whose offer is accepted, the EMD will be refunded only after receipt, inspection and acceptance of the equipment at ACRDI, Pune treating it as a security deposit. e. If the supplier fails to fulfill the terms of purchase order or when the purchaser is satisfied that it is not the interest of the purchaser to persist with the defaulting supplier, the EMD stands forfeited. Further the purchaser is at liberty to place the order on another supplier at the risk and cost of the original supplier f. Refurbish Laser are to be commissioned & performance trials are to be demonstrated on Selective Laser Sintering Machine – Eos P 385. Of Auto Cluster.
12. Acceptance Criteria The Equipment will be accepted after satisfying the Acceptance Criteria laid out in the enclosed sheet.

Performance check to meet the performance standard as per the tender specification.
Performance trial for proving the performance.
Calibration & traceability for the instrument should be submitted.
Safety interlock checks and operation to be demonstrated during the performance check.

Manuals 3 sets of Hard copy of operational manuals, maintenance / Spare parts manuals, relevant process control manuals, electrical circuit diagrams etc. in English to be supplied. (Additional soft copy required)
Acceptance Criteria. At Site of ACDRIL, Pune. The Above CO 2 specified Laser to be installed and commissioned at ACDRI P-385 EOS SLS Machine; Pune by manufacturer along with ACDRI engineers and all specifications / functions / operations will be demonstrated and proved. The same will be reconfirmed by nominated representative. of ACDRI. Two nos. of components to be produced after installation of CO2 SLS Laser to qualify with samples.
Performance The Equipment to be guaranteed for satisfactory operation & warranty performance in all respect under warranty for a period of 24 months after commissioning of the equipment as a part of the package. Delivery Within 30 days from the date of acceptance of the purchase order.
