Italo E-tickets are valid for domestic point to point routes in .

Pre-booking time: maximum up to 4 months in advance (subject to timetable availability), minimum up to departure date. View Italo map.  Tickets are for domestic trains in the following classes: Smart, Comfort, Prima, Club Executive, Salotto 1 or 2.  Tickets include a reservation for a specified seat  To use an Italo E-Ticket customers will receive a PDF by email. They can either print it and bring it with them to board the train or show it to train staff on their smartphone or tablet display.  Fare types:  Italo E-ticket with Reservation - Flex  Italo E-ticket with Reservation - Economy  Italo E-ticket with Reservation - Low Cost Eligibility: Italo E-Tickets are available to everyone, except not available for sale in Italy.

Validity: An Italo E-Ticket is valid for a specific seat on a specific train for a domestic rail journey in Italy.

Discounts:  Italo E-ticket with Reservation - Family · Children aged between 2 and 13 years inclusive who are travelling as part of the Italo Family fare (2 – 4 passengers travelling together, with at least 1 passenger over 18 years), will travel for free. Children under 2 years are not counted as they travel for free on the lap of an adult/ when not occupying a seat. · If the Italo Famiglia offer is not available then children pay as an adult ticket. · If a seat is required for a child aged under 2 years, either a child ticket must be purchased OR if that child is travelling as part of the Italo Famiglia fare, the child must be counted as one of the child passengers in the group.

Conditions of use: REFUNDS & BOOKING CHANGES: Italo E-ticket with Reservation – Flex Refundable up to 1 day before the departure date. A 20% cancellation fee applies. Non-refundable after departure. Ticket changes in Italy: Visit an Italo ticket counter if you want to change your travel time/date, free of charge, up to 3 minutes prior to the train's departure time. Also if you miss your train, you have 2 hours of extra time to ask Italo staff at the departure station if they can find you a seat on the next train (subject to availability).

Italo E-ticket with Reservation – Economy Non-refundable. Ticket changes in Italy: Visit an Italo ticket counter if you want to change your travel time/date, upon payment of a 20% surcharge, up to 3 minutes prior to the train's departure time.

Italo E-ticket with Reservation - Low Cost Non-refundable. Ticket changes in Italy: Visit an Italo ticket counter if you want to change your travel time/date, upon payment of a 50% surcharge and any difference in price, up to 3 days prior to departure.

Italo E-ticket with Reservation –ITX and Promo fares are non-refundable.

Name changes are not possible in ACP RailNet. Currently, on-board Italo, train managers do not control passenger names, so no need to change it. But if the client really wants to do it, they can call Italo directly or go to a station desk.

Refunds are limited to completely unused tickets and will be granted only where permitted under the terms and conditions set forth below or elsewhere in published documentation. No refunds will be granted on partially unused parts or inclusive packages; documents must bear no evidence of having been tampered with in any way. No refunds will be given on reservation/booking fees. All requests for refunds must be submitted to the office from which the passes or tickets were purchased. More:
