A ‘\ JUNE 19, 1963 RE: VACATION OF ALLEY IN BLOCK 13, MENDELSSOHN (BETWEEN MALONEY AVENUE AND BELMORE LANE, AND BETWEEN BLAKE ROAD AND GRIFFIT STREET). TO : VILLAGE ENGINEER NEGNER You will recall that at the Regular Council Meeting of June 10, the Council vacated the above alley, with instructions to the Clerk to delay the recording of the Resolution Vacating, until such time as the proper easements are secured. The attached letters will show that both NSP and NW Bell have lines in the alley; and., at the meeting somebody mentioned a storm drain. Will you please let me know when all these easements are in order? (I think the common procedure is for owners to give easements directly to the utilities companies for their lines--but, will we need one for the storm drain? Resolution will remain unrecorded until such time as I have your authority to record. GSA, ... x: TO: VILLAGE ENGINEER HITE: 10/7/63 We now have word from NSP that their easements have been given.
