Bu sayıdan bir ay kadar önce, 37. sayıda duyurusunu yaptığımız, özel sayımız çıkmıştır. Özel sayımız Akdeniz Üniversitesi İİBF Siyaset Bilimi ve Kamu Yönetimi Bölümü’nün 20. kuruluş yıldönümünü onurlandırmak amacıyla çıkarılmıştır. 38’nci sayımızda 9 makale yayınlanmış olup konu ağırlığı iktisat ve maliye disiplinlerindendir. Bu sayımızda makale kabul oranı %22 olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Aynı zamanda çevresel varlıklar ve ekosistemler birer sermaye stokudur. Bunların yanında çevresel varlıkların rekreasyonel amaçlı kullanımı da söz konusudur. Ekosistemlerin sağladığı fayda ve hizmetler, piyasada doğrudan fiyatlandırılamaz. Bu fiyatlandırmanın ya da değerlemenin yapılabilmesi için piyasa dışı yöntemlere gereksinim vardır. Ekosistemlerin sağladığı fayda ve hizmetler kullanım ve kullanım dışı değerler olarak ayrılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Beydağları Sahil Milli Parkı’nın rekreasyonel amaçlı kullanım değeri ile kullanım dışı değeri, piyasa dışı yöntemlerden Seyahat Maliyeti Yöntemi (SMY) ve Koşullu Değerleme Yöntemi (KDY) kullanılarak hesaplanmıştır. At the same time environmental assets and ecosystem services are capital stocks. Beside these services, it is in the question that ecosystems can be benefited for recreational use. Utilities and services provided by ecosystems cannot be priced directly through the market. In order to valuate ecosystems, non-market valuation techniques are required. Services and utilities provided by ecosystems can be separated as use and non-use values. Results The results show that about 60% of the participating nurses supported the introduction of home health services in Turkey. Conclusions The results of the study can be used to support the introduction by health policy makers and health professionals of home care as an alternative delivery system in the Turkish health sector.     Country Policy and Information Note Turkey: Medical and healthcare provision Version 1.0 April 2021 Preface Purpose This note provides country of origin information (COI) for decision makers handling cases where a person claims that to remove them from the UK would be a breach of Articles 3 and/or 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) because of an ongoing health condition. It is not intended to be an exhaustive survey of healthcare in Turkey. Country of origin information The country information in this note has been carefully selected in accordance with the general principles of COI research as set out in the Common EU [European Union] Guidelines for Processing Country of Origin Information (COI), dated April 2008, and the Austrian Centre for Country of Origin and Asylum Research and Documentation’s (ACCORD), Researching Country Origin Information – Training Manual, 2013. Namely, taking into account the COI’s relevance, reliability, accuracy, balance, currency, transparency and traceability. The structure and content of the country information section follows a terms of reference which sets out the general and specific topics relevant to this note. All information included in the note was published or made publicly available on or before the ‘cut-off’ date(s) in the country information section.
