NRCA is dedicated to expanding the public’s interest and participation in the arts by sponsoring a broad array of art exhibitions, theatrical productions, dance performances, film screenings, art forums, spoken word events and concerts that represent the rich diversity of our community. Ongoing programs include the Sum- mer Sounds Concert Series at Hudson Park Band Shell, quarterly exhibits at NRCA’s Rotunda Gallery at City Hall, and ArtsFest.
