ORDER:- The appended notification shall be published in Extra-Ordinary issue of Telangana Gazette, dated 22.08.2016. The Commissioner of Printing Stationery and Stores Purchase, Telangana State, Hyderabad is requested to furnish 100 copies of the Gazette notification for the use of the Government. 2) The concerned District Collector(s) is requested to publish the preliminary notification in English and Telugu in the District Gazette for information of the public and give wide publicity in all concerned areas. SF/SC. //FORWARDED :: BY ORDER// SECTION OFFICER APPENDIX FORM I NOTIFICATION Under sub-section (5) of Section 3 of the Telangana District (Formation) Act, 1974 (Act 7 of 1974), notice is hereby given to all the concerned, that the Government in the interest of better administration and development of the areas concerned proposes to form of new Districts, Revenue Divisions and Mandals in the present District of Nalgonda District in the State of Telangana, as detailed in Schedule I and Schedule II here to appended. Objections or suggestions are invited on the above proposal from all persons residing within the District/Revenue Division/Mandal/or Village are being taken into consideration by the Government. All objections or suggestions should be in writing in English or in Telugu or Urdu and should be addressed to the Collector (by designation) within whose jurisdiction the area lies, so as to reach the office of the District Collector, concerned District on or before the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of notification. PUBLIC CONSULTATION 1.0 Introduction The Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoE&F), Government of India issued Environmental Impact Assessment notification S.O. 1533 dated September 16, 2006. As per the said notification Metallurgical Industries (Ferrous & non ferrous) Primary metallurgical industry prescribes environmental clearance under category ‘A’. Hence the present proposal obtained Terms of reference from the Expert appraisal committee of MoE&F and the committee recommended the project proponents to conduct public consultation process as part of Environmental Clearance process. Accordingly the draft Environmental Impact Assessment was submitted to Regional Officer, Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Boad, Nalgonda for conducting public hearing. Narsimha Reddy4 1234Department of Geology, University College of Science, Osmania University, Hyderabad-07 ABSTRACT The Granitoids of the Bibinagar- Bhongir area in the Nalgonda district are purely high potassic calc alkaline and meta aluminous and A-type belongs to Peninsular Gneissic Complex of the Eastern Dharwar Craton. The petrographic study of granitoids indicates that of pure magmatic origin in the form of different magmatic textures viz. perthitic, porphyritic and poiklitic textures. Geochemically the granitoids are rich in K2O & Na2O suggesting source from calc-alkaline magma. The Granitoids are falling mostly in the volcanic arc field on Yb vs Ta discrimination plot. The REE pattern shows strong Eu negative anomaly, suggesting early separation of plagioclase and the enhanced level of LILE relative to HFSE in Bibinagar-Bhongir granitoids points to the subduction zone enrichment and/or crustal contamination of the source region.
