The observations are rather unevedy distributed resulting hum mare disappearaaces thm reappearaitces, fixm occultations of bright stars and of star clusters like the Pkiades. Cmpared to the Watts charts with their evenly distributed points in a 0.2° grid oflibration aud WA the cuwent MOONLIMB set contains only 0.1 %of points. But the muchhigher number of points in the Watts data files feigns a none exi&g resolution because the data there are pmly inter- or emapolated over intervals ofsem!degrees.
