RECIPE (From Sue Young)
Cheese Ball
1 large and one small cream cheese, room temperature 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 teaspoon Worchester sauce 1 Tablespoon horseradish 1 small grated onion Sprinkle garlic powder ½ cup finely chopped pecans In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Worchester sauce, horseradish, onion and garlic power. Beat until well blended. Shape into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours. Take out of refrigerator at least one hour before serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
