Sterndale brought to mortuary for P.M. 210 May 1932Body of James Innes who died at sea on drifter "Fruitian" brought to mortuary 311 April 1933The body of Ronld Cameron (13) of Love Lane Peterhead, was brought to the Mortuary by the Police at about 4.45 pm. This lad was killed neear the Yachting pond on the South Road, when his bicycle collided with a motor lorry. 414 May 1933A man's body, recovered from the sea, was at noon today, brought by the Police to the mortuary. [15th May] The above remains were identified at 4pm as those of William Park, 33 years of age, a grocer and formerly employed by Mr McIntosh, Brig O' . He was a native of Suffolk and had been missing from the Brig o' Forgue since the 2nd instant. 519 November 1933The body of William Sinclair (17) of Ugie Park was today at about 11.15 am brought to the mortuary by the police. This lad was found in a plantation on the Road. The lad died from gunshot wounds in the head. 629 March 1934The body of Mr D.H.Martin Solicitor was brought to the mortuary by the police at 7.30 pm from Brownhill, Buthlaw, Peterhead. 72 August 1934The body of William Stephen, 17, an apprentice mason recovered from the water in a quarry hole in Blackhills, was this morning brought to the mortuary by the police. This lad, whose parents reside at Stirling Hill, had been missing for more than a week. 85 September 1934The body of James Philip Stephen, about 19 yrs of 6 High Street who collapsed and died in the street was brought to the mortuary about noon. Drs. Forrest + Taylor carried out a P.M. And aboput 6 pm the body was removed by Mr Ja[me]s Davidson to the above address. 99 December 1934The body of a man, recovered from the harbour, was brought by the police to the mortuary at 11.30 am today. 910 December 1934The police inspector and the Procurator Fiscal were here at 2pm viewing the above which has been identified as that of John Mclean, 23, Hotel Waiter, 8 . 1021 February 1935The body of Ewan McWilliam (7) 152 Ugie Park was brought by the police to the mortuary at 9.15 pm. This boy was knocked over by a motor van near the bridge over the railway - Ugie Street-. He was removed to the Sick Children's Hospital, but died before arrival there. 1123 February 1935The body of John Balloch, 72, a tailor was brought to the mortuary this afternoon. At 6 pm Drs Forrest and Robertson carried out a P.M. exam. and later Mr Ja[me]s Davidson removed the body. Deceased was struck by a motor van in Albion St on 16th inst. and died at his home 39 St Mary Street, Peterhead, on 22nd inst.

1218 April 1935The police brought the body of James Strachan Knight to the mortuary today. The deceased was aged 20 yrs and was an apprentice joiner with J. B. Dickie Co. He was killed by a fall of masonary at Waterside Farm. His parents reside at 75 Windmill Street. 139 July 1935At 11 pm the police broght the body of David Henderson, Labourer, to the mortuary. Deceased who was 79 years of age lived at Albion Court, Albion St., died from the effects of coal gas poisoning. 1410 ? August 1935The police brought the body of John Thomson English (15) message boy, to the mortuary for P.M. This lad who resided at 28 Kirk St., Peterhead died suddenly, having the day previously fallen off his bicycle on the road near H.M. Prison. 157 September 1935The body of Joseph Brocklehurst (38 yrs) who resided at 57 Longate Peterhead was brought to the mortuary by the police at 11.45 am. Deceased collapsed and died in a shop in Longate. The above was removed at 6.30 pm by Mr James Davidson. 1626 September 1935 The body of John Milne Cordiner, 54, Sawyer, who resided at 10 St. Mary St., Peterhead, was today recovered from the harbour and brought by the police to the mortuary. 1730 January 1936At 9.40 pm the police brought to the mortaury the body of James Lamont aged 11yrs + 5 m who resided with his parents at 5 Ugie Prk. This boy was drowned off the Geddle Bracs at about 5 o clock this afternoon. Shortly after admission Dr Forrest made an examination and the father called for purpose of identification. The police left about 11 pm. 187 March 1936The body of Geo. Alexander Barclay a warder at H.M. Prison was brought to the mortuary at noon today. Deceased died suddenly in his own house. He was aged 36 years and a First Class Store Warder.

188 March 1936Drs Taylor and Webster carried out P.M on the above today at 10.30-12 noon. The remains were removed at 6.15 pm by Mr James Davidson. 1916 April 1936At 1 am the body of Christina Mclean (22) was admitted to the mortaury. This woman who was employed at hotel fell 90 ft over the cliffs near the Old Castle of Slains. 2 am Dr Forrest and Police Sergeant Cruickshank called. Later in the day a P.M was carried out. Deceased was the stepdaughter of a railway employee at Advie. The burial was at Elgin, the arrangements being carried out by Mr James Davidson.

2019 Decemebr 1936 The Body of Robert Robertson 2yrs + 11mths admitted to mortuary at noon today for P.M which was carried out later by doctors from Aberdeen at 5 pm. Mr James Davidson removed the body. 212 Januray 1937Body of Mrs Elsie Bartleman (50/60 yrs) recovered from the sea near Coastguard Station and brought to mortuary by police at 10.30 am. Examination made by Dr Leith and later removed by Mr James Davidson.

2222 January 1937The police brought to the mortuary the body of Bessie Summers aged 14 yrs and 10 months. Deceased, whose mother resided in Castle St. Peterhead, was a domestic servant at the farm of Clerkhill Peterhead. The body was taken from the sea at the Embankment.

NumberDateDetails 233 May 1937 The body of Charles Lovie aged 54 was brought to the mortuary today by the police at noon. Deceased was a deck hand on the Peterhead motor drifter "Golden Lily" upon which he died suddenly this morning.

2416 May 1937At about noon today the police brought the body of James Rennie to the mortuary. Deceased was 16 yrs of age and a message boy in Peterhead. He fell over the cliffs (300 ft) at Longhaven on Friday evening (14th inst.) Home address 61 Kirk St. Peterhead. 2521 May 1937 The body of John Simpson (55 yrs, Market Gardener) was recovered from the South Bay and brough to the mortuary this afternoon. Deceased, who resided at 96 Kirk Street, Peterhead, was reported missing last night.

269 July 1937At about 9 am the body of William Falconer (71) Fisherman, was brought to the mortuary by the police. Deceased who resided at 34 Ugie Street, Peterhead died suddenky on the motor drifter "VENTURE" P.D. 237.

2719 September 1937Acting upon instructions of the police, Mr James Davidson brought at 9.30 pm the body of George Boath Saunders to the mortuary. Deceased, who was 68 years of age and formerly a member of the City of Glasgow Police died suddenly in his garden at Newton, . 28[No number 28] 2923 July 1938At 11.30 pm the body of Anders John Landquist was brought to the mortuary by the police. Deceased who was 47 years of age was Chief Engineer or the Norwegian Steamer "Bia" whi was 60 miles out from Peterhead when we was taken ill and died. 3011 August 1938The body of George Thomson (18) was admitted to the mortuary this evening. Deceased, who was an apprentice motor mechanic with Messrs. James Sutherland Co. and resided at 37 St. Mary St. Died as a result of being involved in a motor car accident on the South Road at about 5 pm. 313 November 1938The body of Miss Mary Anderson, 71 years, who resided at 67 Longate was brought to the mortuary at 2 pm by the police; having been recovered from the Ugie above Birnie Bridge. Dr Leith carried out an examination shortly afterwards. 3219 December 1938 The body of a man recovered from the sea at Boddam was brought by the police to the mortuary.

3316 January 1939 Mr James Davidson brought the body of John Lawson, 58 yrs, to the mortuary today for P.M. examination which was carried out from 3.30 pm to 6.15 pm by Dr Robertson. Deceased resided at 44 Maiden Rd. Peterhead. Above remains removed at 7.15 pm by Mr Davidson. 3428 January 193911 am, a body, afterwards identifies as that of James Spence (71) of 44 Jasmine Terr. Aberdeen, was brought to the mortuary by the police having been recovered from the harbour. At 5 pm a P.M. was carried out by Dr Robertson and a doctor from Kingseat. 3520 February 1939The body of Arthur (32) was brought to the mortuary by the police. Deceased who resided at 23 Jamaica Street, Peterhead, died suddenly when working on road repairs in King Street. It was stated that he had just resumed work this morning after several years unemployment. Dr Leith carried out an examination and later the body was removed to the above address by Mr James Davidson.

369 March 1939Mr James Davidson brought the body of Mrs Barbara Davidson (70) to the mortuary at 10 pm. Deceased who resided at "Hillhead" Balmoor Terrace was found dead in a water barrel at her home.

10 March 1939Dr Robertson carried out a P.M. at 8-10 am. Removal at 4 pm by Mr Davidson. 371 May 1939 The body pf Robert Pressley (7) was recovered from the harbour and brought to the mortuary by the police at 10.30 am. Deceased had been missing for about three weeks. Dr Robertson carried out an examination.

388 July 1939The body of Robert Dunn (62) was brought to the mortuary at 11.30 am. Deceased wh was skipper of the drifter Maspry M.L. 41 died at sea. Dr Robertson carried out an examination. 3930 July 1939At 4.45 pm the body of Mary Tocher (9 yrs) was admitted to the mortuary. Deceased, who was the daughter of John E. Tocher 163 Ugie Park, Peterhead, died as a result of being knocked over by a car on the West Road at its junction with Station Rd. 31 July 1939At 3 pm Dr Martin (Dr Taylor's locum) carried out an examination on the above and the remains were later removed to the parents address by Mr James Davidson. 4016 September 1939 At 10.30 pm the body of Wilson Youngson Manson (52) was admitted to the mortuary. Deceased who resided at Ugie Park, Peterhead was run into and killed by a bus on the Aberdeen Road near Newton of Sandford.

4113 November 1939At about 8 pm the police brought to the mortuary the body of Mrs McLean (58) of 23 Roanheads, Peterhead. Deceased, who was the wife of Robert McLean, Cooper, was, as it was surmised on her way home and mistaking her way in the "Blackout" fell into Port Henry Harbour. 4114 November 1939Examination by Dr Robertson, and later, removal by Mr Davidson. 42/4331 January 1940At 11 am the body of a German airman, recovered from the sea, was brought to the mortuary. At 3 pm a second body was admitted. Both deceased were in full flying kit. The younger man was apparently shot through the head and left foot. The elder man showed no signs of having been shot. Two R.A.F. Officers from called during the afternoon regarding the removal of clothing etc. presumably for identification purposes. 42/431 Feb 1940The above were removed in an R.A.F van by a detachment of the R.A.F. from Dyce for burial in Aberdeen.

NumberDateDetails 4423 March 1940At 3.45 am the police brought the body of S. Brinck, master of the Danish Steamer "Charkow" to the mortuary. The body was found on a raft 35 miles N.E. of , and recovered by one of H.M. Minesweepers. The "Charkow" was believed lost through enemy actions on the 20th inst. Deceased was between 50 and 60 yrs of age. 453rd April 1940At 5.45 pm the body of a man presumably a seaman was washed up on the beach at Craigewan and brought to the mortuary by the police. Deceased was wearing only very light clothing and a lifejacket. The latter being marked in ink (or paint) WILCHE. Age 30-35. [There was a man of this name serving on the Danish Steamr CHARKOW, sunk on the 19 Mar 1940 by a German U-boat https://uboat.net/allies/merchants/crews/person/62437.html] 455 April 1940The above, still not identified, was removed today at 2 pm by Mr James Davidson for burial. 465 July 1940Between 11 and 12 am today the body of William Cruickshank - formerly farm servant - brought to the mortuary by the police. Deceased who was about 64 years of age collapsed and died in Cairntrodlie.

466 July 1940Removal of above by Mr Davidson. 47 - 49August 1940At about midnight the bodies of Andrew Smith, builder, his grandson (5) and Wm. Wyness, Air Raid Warden, were admitted to the mortuary. All deaths arising out of enemy action at the house of Mr Smith, York St.

50 - 544 September 1940Four bodies were brought to the mortuary by the police at 8 am. These were ecovered from the S/S "Lagostan" which had been damaged by enemy action. 5 Septemebr 1940A fifth body admitted. 5530 September 1940At 11.30 pm the body of Geo. Edward Brewer was admitted to the mortuary. Deceased who was about 24 years of age died from multiple bullet wounds received when the ship on which he was serving "Empire Success" was attacked by an enemy bomber. Later removed to Hull for burial.

565 October 1940Late tonight the police brought to the mortuary the body of Andrew (40), Cooper, of Lily Terr. West Road, Peterhead. Deceased was killed by a motor car on the Aberdeen Road near Hatton.

576 October 1940This afternoon the body of Kenneth Baldwin (21) Royal Engineers, was admitted to the mortuary. Deceased was killed when a land mine exploded at St. Fergus. 56/577 October 1940Removal of both the above carried out today. The former to his home, the latter to the railway station en route to Doncaster. 584 November 1940At 12.30 am the body of George S. Balmer (35/40 yrs) was admitted to the mortuary. Deceased died as a result of enemy action on the vessel upon which he was serving - S/S "Kildale" - on the night of the 3rd.

585 November 1940Removal to deceased's home. Applegarth House, Robin Hood's Bay, Yorkshire. 599 Novemebr 1940At about 1.15 pm the police brought the body of Andrew McWilliam (44) to the mortuary. Deceased who resided at Parkhill Road, Peterhead. Was killed by a fall of stone at Cairngall Quarry. 5910 Novemebr 1940Medical examination by Dr. Findlay 5911 Novemeber 1940Removal home by Mr Davidson. 6030/31 January 1941The body of Douglas Gordon Clark (35) was recovered from the sea and brought to the mortuary at 4 pm by the police. Deceased had been missing since 26 December from St Mary St. Dr Robertson made an examination. Funeral from the Home at 2 pm. 6127 January 1940Body of a boy … aged … who lived at the Coastguard Station brought to the mortuary about 4 pm deceased was killed when he fell from a motor lorry. 6128 January 1940Removal by Mr James Davidson. 6228 February 1941The body of Mrs Brown (84) who resided at "Findynale", Kirk Street, admitted to mortuary. Deceased was burned to death in her home during the night. 631 March 1941 The body of Harry Johnston (35) an R.A.F. motor driver was admitted to the mortuary about 10 pm. Deceased was killed by enemy actions at Fountainbleau Cruden at about 8 pm. Removal by R.A.F. later same night, after Dr Robertson had made an examination. 6424 April 1941Between 7 and 8 pm body of man brought to mortuary by police. Deceased was picked up at sea by drifter "North Briton" 28 April 1941Removal by Mr James Davidson. Identification had not been established. 7317 May 1941At 9 am bodies of four soldiers admitted to mortuary. 3 pm,7 pm, 9 pm; other three admitted from Cottage Hospital 7317/18 May 1941During night other two bodies admitted from Cottage Hospital. 7318 May 19413 of the above transferred to A.R.P. mortuary Ugie St. where another body had already been admitted. These soldiers met their death through enemy action at sea on the night of 16th/17th. At 6 pm two officers and two N.C.O attended for identification purposes. 7319 May 1941All the aforementioned (10) bodies removed to Aberdeen per Army truck. 7420 May 19417 pm another soldier belonging to same party admitted to mortuary from Cottage Hospital. Removed by Army truck on 22nd. 7523 May 1941Between 11 and 12 pm body of soldier admitted to mortuary from Cottage Hospital. All the foregoing died after a troopship had been attacked by an enemy plane.

Deceased died suddenly on board his vessel. 7716 June 1941Funeral of above. 7812 July 1941This forenoon body of Charles Forman admitted to mortuary. Deceased, whose home was in Parkhill Road, Peterhead, fell overboard from his fishing vessel and was drowned. 7816 July 1941Removal of above to his home. 79-8310 August 1941As the result of enemy action at an early hour this morning the bodies of Thomas Hamilton (74) Jane Hamilton or Murray (23) } 43 North Street Myrna Harrison Murray (7 months) Annie Macdonald or Keith (71) 49 Queen Street Robina Pirie or Taylor (58) 27 Constitution Street were admitted to the mortuary. 84 - 9129/30 September 194110 pm. As a result of enemy action bodie of the following were admitted to the mortuary Mrs Helen Norah Watson (43) 9 James Street Mrs Sarah Lacey (33) 9 James Street Andrewina Lacey (5) 9 James Street May Lacey (3) 9 James Street Gladys Wilson McKay (7) 9 James Street Douglas McKay (3) 9 James Street Ms Jessie Scott Cormack (65) 11 James Street Edith Cameron (6) 11 James Street James Lees Cameron (3) 11 James Street In addition, 22 bodies were admitted durig succeeding days to the Civil Defence mortuary, Ugie Street.

921 November 1941The body of Gunner Francis Mc Clellan Colclough admited to mortuary this afternoon. Deceased died from gunshot wounds received at . 922 November 1941Removal by police at 10.30 am to Aberdeen for P.M. 936 November 1941Between midnight and 1 am the body of Stoker Bernard Quinn was admitted to mortuary. Deceased was drowned the naval vessel on which he was serving foundered off Peterhead. 94 - 9525 January 1942Bodies of two soldiers, presumably gunners, were admitted to mortuary at about 11.30 am. Deceased lost their lives when endeavouring to get clear of their ship S/S "Saltwick" which had gone ashore in the South Bay during the severe storm then raging 9615 March 1942The body of William G. Mackie (42 yrs) of Boddam who died suddenly was admitted to the mortuary.

9618 March 1942Removal of the above by Mr James Davidson for burial at Aberdeen. 9731 March 1942Late at night or early in the morning of 1st April the body of a Sergt (Air Gunner) R.A.F. admitted to mortuary. It appears that deceased met his death when the aircraft, of whose crew he was a member, crashed.

974 April 1942Removal of above by the authorities. 9812 May 1942At 1 pm the body of Robert Johnstone (42) was admitted to mortuary. Deceased who resided at Back Street, Peterhead, died as a result of injuries received when following his occupation of a boilermaker aboard a vessel undergoing repairs. 9813 May 1942Removal to deceased's home by Mr James Davidson. 9920 August 1942The body of Edward Campbell of Ashvale Place, Aberdeen was admitted to mortuary. Deceased was one of three men who lost their lives in a culvert in Aberdeen. The body was recovered from the sea in the Cruden Bay area. 9921 August 942Removal of above today. 1002 October 1942The body of Pte. John Duff 7/9 R. Serto admitted to mortuary. Deceaed lost his life by being suffocated in an engine house at Cruden Bay. 1003 October 1942Removal by Forbes Co. of Aberdeen. 1018 October 1942Recovered from the sea, the body of Sergt. John E. Holmes (22) R.A.F. was admitted to mortuary. Deceased's parachute was attached; he had been missing since 14th September 1942. 1019 October 1942Removal this afternoon by R.A.F. to Kinross, deceased's base. Body had been prepared for remoal by Gordon Watson, Aberdeen. 10211 October 1942At 9 pm the body of Mrs Allison admitted to mortuary. Deceased died suddenly at Buchanhaven. 10214 October 1942Funeral of above at 1 pm from Home, service conducted by Rev. F. Price. M.A. Baptist Church. 1032 January 1943At about midday the body of William Leman (65) of Windmill Street was brought to the mortuary from Cottage Hospital. Deceased met with an accident at thecorner of King & Queen Streets on the evening of 31st December, in which a service truck was involved during hours of blackout.

1034 January 1943The body of William Lemon removed today by Mr Davidson.

NumberDateDetails 10412 January 1943At 3 pm the body of a seaman (apparent) was brought to the mortuary by the police. Deceased was fully clad in navy blue battle dress and greatcoat and was wearing a lifebelt. Nothing found to assist identification. Body was found in the bay. 10413 January 1943Man from Aberdeen viewed the above but unable to establish identity. Later in day Dr Woolley (Dr Taylor's Assistant) carried out P.M. examination. 10416 January 1943 Without identification having been established, funeral for aforementioned took place from the Home at 3.15 pm. Detachments from the services were present. 10420 January 1943… the deceased was recognised (through photographs taken in the nmortuary by the police) by two former shipmates in hospital in Aberdeen, as being a Norwegian seaman. 10517 February 1943The body of Alexander Davidson (65) of Mitchell Cottage, Rora. Was brought to the mortuary at about noon by the police. Deceased died whilst cycling on the main road at Blackhouse. 4.30 pm medical examination by Dr Findlay. 10520 February 19431 pm Funeral of Alex Dvidson at Longside. 10622 February 1943At 11.30 am the body of David Bruce (40) was brought to the mortuary by the police. Deceased who resided at 26 Ugie Park, died as the result of an accident sustained on board the vessel on which he was working.

10723 March 1943The body of private William A. Farthing, Royal Scots, admitted to mortuary at 2.30 pm. Deceased died in the Cottage Hospital following a road accident. 10724 March 1943Removal of above by Mr Davidson. 108 - 11026 March 1943Following a collision some miles off the coast, bodies of the undermentioned members of crew of S/S "Atland" (Sweden) were admitted to A.R.P Mortuary Lothman (master) Aerofelt [?] (Stewart) Anderson (Seaman). 11127 March 1943This evening another member of the crew of S/S "Atland" recovered from sea and admitted to mortuary - Emanuel Benstock - seaman. 108 - 11028 March 1943Removal by Mr Davidson of those bodies under entry of 26th to Aberdeen. 112-113June 1943The bodies of two boys [Thomas and Henry] Rose aged 3 and 5 years were brought to the mortuary about 5.15 pm by the police. Deceased, whose resided at Castle St. were drowned in the harbour. Removal by Mr Davidson. 11425 June 1943The body of [blank, from newspaper reports likely to be Ronald Beard] aged [5]yrs of … was brought to the mortuary this afternoon by the police. Deceased was drowned in the harbour. 11428 June 1943Removal by Mr Davidson. 11531 August 1943At 5.10 pm the body of John Shand (58) Shoemaker, was admitted to the mortuary. Deceased who resided at took ill and died in the workshops of Mr S. Henderson, Queen Street, Peterhead, where he was employed. 11619 December 1943At about 1 am the body of Andrew Kerr (30) farm servant, Auchmacoy,was brought to the mortuary by the police. He had been visiting a brother who lives in Seagate and it is suspected that he had, in the darkness, fallen into Port Henry Harbour. 11621 December 1943Examination by Dr Robertson. 11622 December 1943Removal by Mr Davidson to 37 Longate, the home of deceased's sister, Mrs Mathieson. 11712 February 1944At 5 pm the body of Thomas Melvin (5) son of Thomas Melvin, 40 York Street, Peterhead, was admitted to the mortuary. Deceased died in the Cottage Hospital as a result of injuries received when knocked down by a motor car earlier in the day. 11713 February 1944Examination by Dr Taylor. 11714 February 1944Removed by Mr Davidson. 1185 June 1944In the early hours of this morning the body of Mrs Simpson, the Smithy, Flushing, Longside, was brought to the mortuary by the Police. Deceased had met her death through the car, in which she was a passenger, becoming involved in a collision with a bus at the cross roads in . 1187 June 1944P.M by Dr Dickson, Old Deer, then removal at 8.30 pm by Mr Porter, Longside. 1197 July 1944At about 4.30 pm, the body of Alexander B. Wallace (82) was brought to the mortuary by the police. Deceased, who was formerly a farm servant and resided in Flushing, Longside was killed in a road accident.

1198 July 1944Removal by Mr James Davisdon. 12014 July 1944The body of William Wilson (69) stableman and horse feeder, was brought to the mortuary by the police (5 pm). Deceased met his death by coming in contact with moving machinery in the course of his employment with Messrs Sutherland Ltd. 6 pm examination by Dr Findlay. 1214 August 1944At about 8 pm the body of Gordon Diveral, shoemaker was admitted to the mortuary. Deceased collapsed and died whilst on the Public Bowling Green. 12216 October 1944The body of James D. Slessor (41) an engineman on board one of H.M. Ships, was brought to the mortuary by the police. Deceased, whose home address was 14, Ugie Street, Peterhead was accidentally killed at sea.

12324 November 1944This morning the police brought to the mortuary the body of Miss Sarah King (68) of 23 St. Mary Street, Peterhead. Deceased, who lived alone died suddenly in her home. 12415 December 1944This forenoon the body of Mrs Elspet Duncan (62) was brought to the mortuary by the police. Deceased was killed when attending to the gates at the Howe O' Buchan level crossing.

Deceased , who was employed by his father as a slater, fell from the roof of the Palace Hotel. 12522 March 19457.30-11 pm. P.M. on above by Dr Findlay & Milne. 12622 March 1945At 10 pm the body of John Gray (65) farm servant, was admitted to the mortuary. Deceased was involved in a collision with a car at the Mintlaw- cross roads. 12623 March 1945Examination by Dr Dickson, Old Deer at 8 pm. 12714 April 1945At 1pm the body of a German seaman was brought to the mortuary by the police. 4 pm a military officer, a police sergeant and two Germans under armed naval escort visited the mortuary for identification purposes. A German submarine was supposed to have been destroyed off this coast and the three men mentioned above were members of the crew. 12716 April 1945Funeral at 2.30 pm to Churchyard. Bearer party R.N. Arrangements by Mr Davidson. Deceased was Karl Koren, aged 20 yrs. 12816 May 1945At 10.30 am the body of Charles Henderson, 45 yrs of was brought to the mortuary. Deceased had died from self-inflicted gun shot wound. 12926 May 1945 The dismembered body of a boy who had been killed in a minefield at St. Fergus was brought to the mortuary by the police at 8.30 pm. The deceased - Robert Castel- was 12 yrs of age and resided at Linksview Terrace, St. Fergus. His father is Petty Officer Tom Castel at present serving in the Royal Navy.

1308 June 1945 About 10 am the police brought the body of Miss Elsie Fergusson (61), school teacher, to the mortuary. Deceased had died suddenly at her home 101 Queen Street. 11 am Examination by Dr Findlay. 7.30 pm removal by Mr Davidson. 13111 June 1945At about 2.30 pm a boy, Ritchie of Battery Park was killed by a motor lorry in Ugie Street, the body being brought to the mortuary.
