Metric Studio is a Web product for managing organizational performance by monitoring and analyzing metrics, projects, and other performance measures at all levels of the organization. Audience To use this guide, you should be familiar with ● scorecarding concepts ● database and data warehouse concepts ● security issues For application authors, this document includes background information and step-by-step procedures for creating a scorecarding environment. It explains how to create scorecards, metric types, and metrics; how to load data into Metric Studio; and how to enhance the scorecarding environment.
