Representative Jeff Delzer, Chairman, has called a meeting of the GOVERNMENT SERVICES COMMITTEE.

Place: Roughrider Room, State Capitol, Bismarck
Agenda: Presentations by representatives of the Office of Management and Budget regarding state budget information and an update on the status of implementing state employee compensation recommendations from the Hay Group report; by a representative of the Public Employees Retirement System regarding the state employee retirement fund; by representatives of the Department of Transportation regarding State Fleet Services budget guidelines for the 2013-15 biennium and passengers utilizing department airplanes; by a representative of the Information Technology Department regarding information technology budget guidelines for the 2013-15 biennium; by a representative of North Dakota State University regarding passengers utilizing the university airplane and other airplane information; and other presentations and committee discussion, including presentations by the Legislative Council staff of memorandums regarding oil and gas production tax allocations and historical state revenues and appropriations, of a bill draft to create a central management system for state-owned or leased aircraft, and of an overview of the Legislative Council's 2011-13 Biennium Report on Compliance With Legislative Intent
