TAG LINE Skeeter Freeman has a dream...and a few other issues.

SYNOPSIS Skeeter Freeman is a struggling country songwriter. After a tragic event on his wedding day, he spirals out of control into a sea of angst and high comedy. Along with his two buddies, he seeks out his idol, Bulldog Hayes, in search of some much needed inspiration. But when Bulldog turns out to be nothing like he imagined, Skeeter has to rely on himself to right the ship and fulfill his dreams of moving to Nashville. Angry White Man is a brash, southern comedy about the quest for music stardom and love gone wrong.

SCOOT McNAIRY

Scoot was born and raised in , . He is best known for his roles in Argo, , Monsters, and In Search of a Midnight Kiss. He is also co-star on the new AMC pilot, Halt and Catch Fire. Scoot is widely considered to be one of the top character actors working today, and he usually plays colorful characters with a bit of a rebellious side. Bob Hardison wrote the character of Walt specifically for Scoot, they have been friends for over a decade.

STEVE AGEE

Steve is a native of Riverside, California. He has worked on shows such as The Sarah Silverman Show, as well as being a writer on Jimmy Kimmel. He is also co-star on a new NBC pilot starring Craig Robinson. Steve does a lot of stand up comedy, commercials, and he has a supremely popular podcast. He was recommended for the role of Floyd by Matt Berry, who thinks that Steve is the funniest man alive.

MATT BERRY

Matt is a British actor and musician. He was one of the stars of The IT Crowd, which was a smash hit television show in the UK. Matt is enormously famous in comedy circles, best known for his work in Snuff Box, , and Garth Marenghi's Darkplace. Producers Bob Hardison and Brian Mandle saw his work on The IT Crowd, and they immediately wanted to cast him for the role of Bulldog Hayes. Matt has a huge following in the UK, where he is nothing short of a legend to his rabid fanbase.

MARY BIRDSONG

Mary was originally born in Tallahassee, Florida. She graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts where she earned her BFA in acting. She is best known for role on Reno 911, and for her countless television appearances and off broadway shows. Mary is a longtime friend of Steve Agee, who recommended her for the role of Maxine.

BOB HARDISON Bob grew up in the small rural town of Williamston, NC. He wrote the script for Angry White Man while staying at the home of his longtime friend and producer, Brian Mandle. Bob signed on to play the role of Skeeter after friends Scoot McNairy and director, David Gordon Green, suggested that he play the part. He had originally planned to direct the film. Bob now resides in Asheville, NC, where he is working on several upcoming projects.

GENEVIEVE JONES Genevieve grew up in Natick, Massachusetts. She is best know for her work in Elevator, which was a long running webseries. Genevieve was recommended for the role of Angelique by Brian O'Connell. He acted as coach for her award winning improv team, Kick Drum Decade. Genevieve has done a ton of national commercials, including spots for Target, Bud Light, and Aamco.

CREW

DIRECTOR: BRIAN JAMES O'CONNELL Brian is a native of High Point, NC. He graduated from the NCSA School of Filmmaking, where he lived with producers Brian Mandle and Bob Hardison. Brian is a successful improviser and teacher at Improv Olympic in Los Angeles. His comedy group, Dr. God, has received national acclaim and they currently have projects in development at several networks, including AMC.

PRODUCER/CINEMATOGRAPHER: BRIAN MANDLE Brian was born and raised in Hickory, NC. He got his degree in cinematography from the NCSA School of Filmmaking. He is best known for his work on Danny McBride's debut, The Foot Fist Way. He has also shot several cable shows, including Alaska: The Last Frontier, which is currently airing on The Discovery Channel. Brian has a natural love for film cameras, spending several years working at The American Film Institute. He currently lives in Wilmington, NC, where he is producing and packaging several upcoming film projects.

WRITER/PRODUCER: BOB HARDISON Bob graduated from the NCSA School of Filmmaking with a B.F.A. in Screenwriting. His first feature, Marcus, was distributed worldwide by Warner Brothers Home Video. Bob teaches a screenwriting class and bootcamp in Asheville, NC. He is currently packaging his next feature film, which will be shot in 2014.

PRODUCER: TIM TRACY Tim is originally from Michigan, and he received his degree from Georgetown University. He acted as executive producer on Madhouse, a show about short track racing that aired on The History Channel. Tim is currently working on several projects, including a documentary about the political climate in Venezuela.
