Dr. Tim Oeltmann:

Dr. Timothy R Oeltmann, MD is in private practice, having just retired after 16 years in the US Marine Corps as a Lt. Commander and Aerospace Medicine specialist, most recently serving as a flight surgeon and naval aviator to the President of the United

States, with offices at Marine Base Quantico and Andrews Air Force Base. A 2004 graduate of Vanderbilt’s School of Medicine, Dr. Oeltmann was awarded the 2007

Luehrs Memorial Award for excellence in operational aviation medical practice. Tim and his wife Michelle reside in Washington DC, with their two junior high school sons - Ethan and Davis. He is also a proud member of the Dominion Hops team in the MedStar

Capitals Iceplex Adult Hockey League.

Married to Dr. Tim Oeltmann and the mother of two junior high school sons at Washington Episcopal School, Michelle and her were selected as one of Disney’s Points of Light Volunteer of the Year in 2019, for their work on behalf of a wide range of charities and philanthropies.

- retired Colonel Gregory Bowman has a broad background in law; government policy;

Congressional relations; Federal procurement; strategic-level military, defense and commercial leadership; and global energy/infrastructure programs. Before joining

Siemens in 2016, Greg served as the Legislative Counsel to the Secretary of the Army and as the Army’s senior Congressional Liaison to the House and Senate. Prior to his service at the Pentagon, Colonel Bowman served in Baghdad as a Judge Advocate and senior legal advisor to the 1st Armored Division and led and managed a 50 person law office serving Fort Knox. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia

School of Law in 1993. Greg and his wife reside in Northern Virginia with their high school daughter.

Director. Prior to her appointment to the National Security Agency in 2017, Kelli served as the Executive Director of the Global Center for Journalism and Democracy at Sam

Houston State University in Texas. A recognizable face to many television viewers, Kelli

Arena rose from the ranks as a manager for Lou Dobbs and the CNN Business News unit to an award-winning CNN correspondent covering Wall Street, business, economics and the Department of Justice for 23 years in Washington and

City. She and her family are active in their church and serve in a variety of volunteer positions. Kelli and her husband Ron Couvillian reside in Maryland, with their high school son Evan and two daughters in college.
