We are looking for an Apprentice to be a Receptionist/Administrator working with our busy admin team. Our Reception is a focal point for visitors and is central to school life. You will carry out key administrative tasks in support of students and staff. You will welcome and advise all visitors to the school; answer a busy switchboard and deal with a variety of administrative tasks; multi-tasking is commonplace. The post would suit a well organised, enthusiastic and flexible person with an aptitude for hard work. You will need to have the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently across a wide spectrum of people.
