No. F-1042/Pune) (Estd. 1934) Maharashtra Cricket Association’s International Stadium At Post : Gahunje, Teh : Maval, Dist : Pune Phone : 020-27377162 E-mail Id :[email protected] ________ Ref : Date :28/09/2019 To, All the members of MCA Subject: Publishing of Final Voter List after decision on Objections and Suggestions Sir/Madam, The Final Voter List is attached herewith for 165 Members as per the Election Program. 1. 26 Objections/Suggestions were received on email within the stipulated period i.e till 5 pm on 27/9/2019, and 12 Objections/Suggestions were received after 5 pm; however in the interest of justice, all the Objections/Suggestions were considerd objectively on merit. 3 have been Accepted, 27 Rejected, 3 required No Action and 5 (made by Shri Deshpande and Adv Shinde) have been kept Pending (for detailed examination) as they are related to Election Process and not Voter List. 2. E.O. also received request after declaration of Election Program on 26/9/2019 from some members asking for personal hearing, thus meeting at the Election Office was held on 27/9/2019 between 15.45 to 17.30 in which 41 Members were present. Of them 36 members had no objections, but infact suggested that elections are long delayed and expressed need of immedieate election within time frame of Hon S.C and CoA because without Apex Council cricket activities were suffering. Some members earnestly requested that even if there are some technical defects the election should not postponed and they feel that the amended Constition of MCA is fully compliant with the Hon Supreme Court judgement. Of the 5 Objecters, First one Shri Prabhakar More objected that Defaulters should not be allowed to contest, which has been accepted. Second Members Shri Ranade objected inclusion of Dheeraj Jadhav in Voter List in International Players Category, which is rejected. Third member Shri Arvind Deshpande mentioned the difficulty of fetching proposer and seconder in category of District Cricket Association, because it had only 4 members and 2 Councillors to elect, which has been accepted. Rest 2 members Adv Shinde and Shri Thorwe Objected the Election Process and that appointment of E.O. is illegal etc. This being not about Voter List, it will be examined seperately. 3. The 9 Affiliated Clubs given below, which are defaulters are allowed to Vote in Elections. However they are not allowed to contest election being Defaulters, and nomination form if filled will be Rejected. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has granted in principle approval to 10 entities to set up small finance banks to provide basic banking services to small farmers and micro industries. The in-principle approval will enable these entities comply with the guidelines on Small Finance Banks and will be valid for 18 months. 6. In order to encourage overseas funding, the RBI proposed to allow domestic companies to borrow money from pension funds, sovereign wealth funds (SWFs) and insurance funds as part of the ECBs. The draft framework on External Commercial Borrowings (ECBs), however, proposed to lower the all-in cost borrowing by 0.50 percent to ensure that the funds are borrowed from abroad at a reasonable interest rate.

') V ij c 0 ~ <Il~ MOTIF Shaniwar Wada, once upon a time was the palace of Peshwas (chief executives of the Maratha Kingdom founded by Chhatrapati Shivaji). Peshwas went on conquering places as far as Panipat and Atak and extending the boundaries of the kingdom beyond Chambal river in North India. This finest palace of the time (1730-1818) but now in dilapidated condition is in the heart of the Pune city. This palace as it finally stood was a seven-storeyed building with four large and several small courts some of which were named as Ganapati Rang Mahal, Nach Diwankhana, Arse Maltal, Hastidanti Mahal. Today, the remains (enclosure, plinths and the surrounding wall) are mute witnesses of the past Maratha glory. It was heartening to observe the tremendous efforts of Ministry of Tourism in improving the tourism sector of India.
