Email: [email protected] In House Blending Systems AmeriClean Blue is a water based ink dissolver that has a unique blend of surfactants and pH builders to dissolve ink on contact. Designed to AmeriClean conveniently pump through the entire press system to prevent ink clogging the pumps and anilox cells. As it is pumped through the press it will penetrate Blue deep down into the anilox cell up to 1000 line screen, re-wet ink and suspend it so it will not re-deposit during the cleaning process. It should be used in medium to high line screen where cell volumes and quality print is a must. AmeriClean Red is a water based ink dissolver that has a unique blend of surfactants and pH builders to dissolve ink on contact. Designed to conveniently pump through the entire press system to prevent ink clogging AmeriClean the pumps and anilox cells. As it is pumped through the press it will penetrate deep into the anilox cell, re-wet ink and suspend it so it will not re-deposit Red during the cleaning process. It is designed to be a low cost versatile cleaner intended to be used in low to medium line screen applications to maintain cell volumes and print quality. AmeriClean White is a water based ink dissolver that has a unique blend of surfactants, solvents and pH builders to dissolve ink on contact. Designed to conveniently pump through the entire press system in either narrow or wide AmeriClean web processes to prevent ink clogging the pumps and anilox cells. As it is pumped through the press it will penetrate deep into the anilox cell, re-wet White ink and suspend it so it will not re-deposit during the cleaning process. It is designed to be a low cost versatile cleaner intended to be used in narrow and wide web applications to maintain cell volumes and print quality. BS-55 is a versatile product designed to tackle the most difficult soils while not attacking soft metals. It spontaneously emulsifies various oils, greases, fats, coolants, lubricants and hydraulic fluids to prevent re-deposition on BS-55 clean surfaces. Its unique blend of surfactants and pH builders enhance the cleaning process to reduce labor on even the toughest soils, while keeping it totally safe on soft metals. BV-55 is a versatile product designed to tackle the most difficult soils while not attacking soft metals. It temporarily emulsifies difficult soils, like oils, lubricants and road film to prevent them from re-depositing on cleaned BV-55 surfaces. It has been formulated to function in mechanical cleaning devices without causing mineral build-up in hot or cold water applications, enhancing cleaning and rinsing properties. CE-55 is a unique product designed to tackle industrial, heavy-duty cleaning problems. It spontaneously emulsifies greasy soils which improves cleaning time tremendously. This emulsification ability prevents dirt from re- CE-55 depositing on cleaned surfaces once it has been removed. CE-55 has been formulated with the added punch of a natural citrus solvent to dissolve even the toughest soils while being very safe to use. Assemble in desired location according to assembly instructions included with your water fountain. Be sure that the floor is level. The reservoir should be sitting flat on the floor. It is recommended that you use a level to make sure it is level in either direction and that the fountain is sitting on a rubber mat or foam pads to ensure that the reservoir is not in direct contact with a hard surface. 2. Fill the reservoir with water. Be sure not to fill above the height of lower holes, while keeping the level two to three inches above the pump. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MOVE THE UNIT ONCE IT HAS BEEN FILLED. It must be drained prior to being moved. 3. Plug into and electrical outlet. We suggest that you use an outlet with GFCI (Ground fault circuit interrupter) or a surge protector. 4. Water should start flowing over the surface of the fountain. 5. If there is no flow, the pump may have an air bubble in it. Try turning on and off the unit a few times by unplugging and plugging it back in. As a last resort, reach into the reservoir and tip the pump to release the air while it is still submerged. This will only have to be done the first time the unit is turned on. 6. Using the red (or blue) handle on the hose valve adjust the flow of the water to the desired effect.
