much of an affect mankind has had on the keys. We returned to the campground for a picnic. Alas, because of the numbers, we did not get to have it on the beach as originally planned. But the fellowship, as always, was superb!

Thursday morning we gathered for a hot breakfast before heading to the Theater of the Sea in Islamorada. Many reported that they had traveled past this attraction many times, but had never stopped to see what it was about. This was reported in our survey as the number one attraction! We had a personal guided tour that took us to see various sea animals damaged in the wild and brought to them for recovery. They also do extensive training of these animals, including dolphins, alligators, parrots, sea lions and more. We were treated to shows at each station with lots of information and history of sea life. Another treat was the many orchids and other flora and fauna of the area. They were simply fabulous and this should be a must see on your next trip to the Keys.

There was plenty of time for attendees to visit other attractions in the area before heading back to the campground for a pizza party and card bingo presented by our co-hosts Kent and Nancy Miller, Florida State Directors. Many had never played card bingo and really enjoyed themselves. And we were entertained by David Logue, Allegheny Kampers President who wowed us with his violin and storytelling!
