PTA Hello Everyone, Our next school fundraiser is helping out at the Fireworks Extravaganza on Saturday 1 November. We have the opportunity to sell the Glow Products and Drinks on the night of the fireworks display at the Morrinsville Recreation Ground. This is a good way to bring in good money in a short amount of time, however we need helping hands to reach the potential of this project. We are asking that all those that can spare an hour or 2 of their time to come along and help us sell as much product as we can on the evening. From the feedback I have received they are an easy sell as long as we have enough people to cope with demand. Please can you email me back if you are able to help and indicate your preference of time to do so (eg 5- 6pm or 6-7pm). We are also looking for helpers to set up between 2.30 and 3pm (put up gazebo and set up a couple of tables) so if you can’t come along in the evening but can help with this please let me know. (We will also need help to take down the gazebo at the end of the evening) Gates open at 5pm so we will be looking at having people available to sell from 5pm until the fireworks display starts when it is dark. Any questions please feel free to ask, home phone is 887 6820 or [email protected] Thanks for your continued support. Rita
