On the day the auction is closed, the successful Bidder will wire 30% of the total winning bid price to the trust account of an agent designated by the Seller. Within 48 hours after the end of the auction, the successful Bidder will enter into a mutually agreeable Colorado real estate sales contract using the realtor’s approved form, and wire the remaining balance (70%) of the total winning bid price to a Colorado title agent designated by the Seller to be held in the title/closing agent’s escrow account and distributed at closing per the terms of the real estate sales contract.

After the real estate sales contract is entered into and the Buyer’s remaining balance (70%) of the purchase money has been wired into the title/closing agent’s escrow account by the Buyer, the Seller upon Closing will convey to the Buyer marketable title with a warranty deed from which the Buyer may, at its own cost, secure title insurance.

Prior to the date of the auction, Seller in its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis may make Seller’s financing available to pre-approved Bidders under any such terms as the Seller may require as part of the Bidder’s pre-approval.

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY Trained as a botanist and horticulturist, I have 25 years of professional experience centered on the diversity and cultivation of . Most recently, during the last six years I have been dedicated as a passionate co-founder, director, and grower to the development and management of an established licensed recreational Cannabis business in Huerfano County, Colorado. This has allowed me to build a thorough understanding of the regulations and protocols for Cannabis business licensing and compliance at the state and local levels. I have been a principal contributor to the design and development of a state-of-the-art Cannabis cultivation facility and have managed high-volume sun- grown production in organic living soil and soilless media from “seed to sale” through five annual cycles. Applying post-harvest handling protocols refined through experience, I have also led the processing and validation testing of nearly 500 Cannabis harvest batches with 95% success rate, and I trained the teams required to prepare and package product for market.

My Cannabis work during the last six years builds strongly on my background as an international research botanist with extensive field experience throughout Latin America where I worked for 15 years in the -Amazon region of Peru. As Principal Investigator, I generated nearly $4 million in funding to sustain long-term multidisciplinary projects and the international teams required to guarantee success. The results of my research have been disseminated through 38 articles, five books, and 125 invited lectures, and I have served as a mentor to 43 junior colleagues, including graduate and undergraduate research students.

I am enthused to provide my expertise to businesses and organizations involved with or entering the rapidly evolving Cannabis industry. Combining my knowledge of science and the industry with years of practical experience and a tireless work ethic, I possess a unique skillset that enables me to create and manage the best conditions for Cannabis production from seed to sale. With a base in southern Colorado, I offer my services to clients aimed at managing state and local licensing applications, facility compliance and operations, the complete cultivation process, post harvest handling through to sales, and the training of dedicated teams toward successful results.
