Situated on the third floor of the hotel, the CORPORATE CONVENTION CENTER offers plentiful natural light throughout the common areas with views overlooking the spectacular pools and our renowned Wildlife Habitat. The facility offers two spacious ballrooms and six individual meeting rooms which may be configured into additional smaller spaces, as well as two large banquet kitchens, two foyers, and a self-service business center.

Within the Corporate Convention Center and ideal for general sessions, meal functions, and tradeshows, the SUNSET BALLROOM can accommodate up to 2,400 people. The 22-foot-high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows give the 20,882-square-foot space an expansive, open atmosphere and provide a spectacular view of the glittering Las Vegas Strip. The ballroom is also divisible into three separate rooms: VISTA, SCENIC and TWILIGHT. A built-in, securable registration desk provides not only a convenient base for operations, but ample storage space as well.

The ELDORADO BALLROOM features 7,552 square feet of unencumbered, elegantly decorated space. It provides a host of configuration options, an in-house sound system, and excellent proximity to additional meeting rooms. The ELDORADO FOYER is adjacent to the ballroom and offers another 3,000 square feet of space, perfect for pre-functions and breaks.

This room is ideal for breakout sessions, or can be used as a single space for larger meetings or receptions.

The VIRGINIA CITY room provides 5,559 square feet that may be configured into three separate rooms, and is conveniently located near the self-service Internet Junction, as well as the elevators, escalators, and restrooms.

A perfect setting for small meetings or large breakout sessions, the 5,376-square- foot SAVOY room also features the 1,620-square-foot SAVOY FOYER, adding a semi- private entry point to the space.

Other individual meeting rooms – RENO, MESQUITE, and CARSON CITY – each offer from 2,408 to 2,714 square feet of space and are suited to an array of business objectives. Located directly across from the Carson City and Mesquite rooms, the 2,726-square-foot outdoor GARDEN VIEW TERRACE is well designed for cocktail receptions or smaller banquets. The Terrace offers lovely views of the tropical gardens and Wildlife Habitat below, and the perfect opportunity for starlit special events.

The EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE CENTER is located on the lower level with easy access from the main lobby level. The sophisticated setting welcomes attendees with 14 flexible meeting spaces and a built-in registration desk, and has convenient access via ground-level ramps for easy load in and load out.

The LAKE MEAD and VALLEY OF FIRE rooms offer identical configurations at 1,736 square feet each, and both may be further divided into two smaller spaces that create the perfect setting for breakout sessions, board meetings and smaller business assemblies.

The ZION BOARDROOM and BRYCE BOARDROOM respectively offer 726 and 660 square feet of formal meeting space for groups of up to 14. The securable rooms feature data port access and private bathrooms, and are often used for executive board meetings, conference offices and Internet cafés.

There are six CONFERENCE SUITES also available on the fourth floor of Tower 3, and each offers 500 square feet of conference-style seating for groups of up to 15.
