INFORMATION ON JANUARY 2012 BUILD-TO-ORDER FLATS

FERNVALE LEA

Fernvale Lea is bounded on three sides by West Way, Fernvale Link and Fernvale Street. It is a standard contract with 1,150 flats, comprising 100 units of 2- room, 100 units of 3-room, 600 units of 4-room and 350 units of 5-room flats. A minimart, a shop and a Residents’ Committee Centre will be provided in this development. Thanggam LRT station is located near the development.

2 Residents enjoy convenient access to shopping and dining facilities as Fernvale Point and eateries along Jalan Kayu are found nearby. In addition, they will be served by a wide range of facilities in Sengkang Town such as the Sengkang MRT/LRT station, bus interchange, Compass Point Shopping Centre, Rivervale Mall and Rivervale Plaza (an HDB neighbourhood centre). For recreational facilities, Community Club, Sengkang Riverside Park and Sengkang Sports and Recreation Centre are within easy access. Schools in the area include Fernvale Primary School, and Pei Hwa Secondary School. The Expressway (TPE) is a short drive away.

3 Sunshine Gardens is located in Choa Chu Kang and bounded by Choa Chu Kang Terrace, Choa Chu Kang Avenue 1 and Choa Chu Kang Avenue 5. It is a standard contract with 1,528 flats, comprising 104 units of Studio Apartments, 118 units of 3-room, 788 units of 4-room and 518 units of 5-room flats. Facilities to be provided in this development include a Residents’ Committee Centre and a childcare centre.

4 Across the road from Sunshine Gardens is Sunshine Place, an HDB neighbourhood centre which houses a supermarket, food court and shops to serve the daily needs of the residents. Keat Hong Shopping Centre, another HDB neighourhood centre which contains a market, eating outlets and shops, is also nearby. Residents of Sunshine Gardens will also be served by the wide range of facilities in Choa Chu Kang Town such as Choa Chu Kang MRT/LRT station, bus interchange, Choa Chu Kang Public Library, Choa Chu Kang Sports and Recreation Centre and Lot 1 Shoppers’ Mall. The range of schools in the town includes Chua Chu Kang Primary School, Concord Primary School, South View Primary School, Bukit Panjang Government High School and Pioneer Junior College. 5 Tampines Alcoves is located near Tampines Avenue 9 and Sungei Tampines. It is a standard contract with 289 flats, comprising 186 units of Studio Apartments and 103 units of 3-room flats. This development is near an HDB neighbourhood centre at Tampines Street 44.

6 Along Tampines Avenue 1, opposite Temasek Polytechnic is Tampines GreenTerrace. It is a standard contract with 295 flats, comprising 99 units of 3-room and 196 units of 4-room flats. A Residents’ Committee Centre and a childcare centre will be provided in this project. Tampines GreenTerrace is near an HDB neighbourhood centre at Tampines Street 81.

7 Residents of both projects will be served by a wide range of facilities in Tampines Regional Centre, where the Tampines MRT Station and bus interchange are located. There are plenty of shopping and communal facilities such as Century Square, Tampines One, Tampines Mall, Sun Plaza Park, Tampines Sports Hall, Tampines Swimming Complex, Tampines Stadium, Tampines Regional Library, etc. The range of schools in the town includes St Hilda’s Primary and Secondary School, Gongshang Primary School, Springfield Secondary School, Dunman Secondary School and Tampines Junior College. The Tampines Expressway (TPE) and the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) are a short drive away.

8 Waterway Sunbeam is located in Punggol Town, along Punggol Drive, and fronting My Waterway@Punggol. It is a standard contract with 661 flats, comprising 185 units of 3-room, 260 units of 4-room and 216 units of 5-room flats. An education centre will be provided in this development.

9 Kadaloor LRT Station, located at the doorstep of the development, will provide a convenient link to Punggol MRT/LRT station and bus interchange at the proposed town centre. For their shopping needs, residents can head to Punggol Plaza. Schools in the area include Horizon Primary School, Edgefield Primary School, Greendale Primary School and Secondary School and Punggol Secondary School. The Tampines Expressway (TPE) is a short drive away, providing connectivity to the rest of Singapore. In line with HDB’s plans to develop Punggol as an Eco-Town, Waterway Sunbeam is designed with eco-friendly features.
