Dear Friends, Year after year, we have talked about our goal here at the Council for Economic Opportunities in Greater : help our neighbors on their path to self-sufficiency. We have constantly implemented innovative programs and approaches to try to reach the children and families who OFFICERS need us most. It has been a banner year for CEOGC. For the first time in the agency’s 55-year history, all of our direct-operated Head Start centers are 5-star rated through ’s Step Up to Quality initiative.
