EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The focus of the South Plains College (SPC) Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) is helping our students learn to set goals, progress through their academic plan and develop long-term career goals. Within this process, students will develop an Educational Success Plan (ESP), thereby leading to the title ESP@SPC. Students are and have always been the focus of our advising program, but there are missing elements that came to light as we began to research possible
