(c) Navigational Safety – Cardiff Harbour Authority – Mr. Vye-Parminter representing Cardiff Harbour Authority (CHA) provided an update on navigational safety: Navigation • Dredging of Taffs Meade and Castle stop and its approaches commenced on 23rd February, following Schedule 3 approval granted by Natural Resources Wales (NRW). Work on this was progressing well. • The Cardiff Barrage Outer Harbour dredging was due to start in the coming weeks, with the exact date to be confirmed and dependent upon suitable weather conditions in order to allow the dredger to arrive.
