The two days work plan involves two working mornings, first in plenary, offering a series of keynote speeches and high-end presentations from leading industry professionals and the second in a number of smaller working groups of 6-7 professionals, debating different issues raised on the previous day.

PROGRAM In line with the recommendation of the Committee of Ministers to the Council of Europe member States on national film policies and the diversity of cultural expressions (Strasbourg, 23 September 2009) and in the spirit of UNESCO Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions (Paris, 20 October 2005) the program is structured around following issues:
