On behalf of the organizing committee, it is a great pleasure to welcome you to the Malaysia-International ASAMI Conference 2021. This biannual event will be held from (25th -26th August 2021). In preparation for the event, the scientific

committees have work hard to put together a very comprehensive program which covers diverse aspects of limb reconstruction using ilizarov and orthoplastic approach. Be prepared to be updated and educated by a well-constructed scientific program consist of lectures and hands on workshops which aims to deliver dynamic updates and knowledge by well-known expertise in their field.

We welcome researchers and surgeon to present in the oral presentation where prizes will be given to the best three presenters. Delegates will also be offered demonstrations on new technologies and showcase of new products at an exhibition set which will be held throughout the event. It’s with great honor that I cordially invite you to participate in the the Malaysia-International ASAMI Conference 2021.

I hope that you will find the meeting vastly informative and enjoyable. ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR FREE PAPER VIRTUAL ORAL PRESENTATION

1. Anyone who has conducted relevant research is invited to submit abstracts for Free Paper Virtual Oral Presentation. 2. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The Committee reserves the right to select the abstracts relevant to the sessions and decide on the final form of presentation. 3. The research work submitted must be conducted substantially by the applicant and the work must be original.

4. If abstract is accepted, applicant MUST register for the conference and prepare a pre-recorded video presentation to be shown during the conference. The abstract also will be published as supplementary issues in International Journal of Allied Health Sciences (IJAHS)

BEST FREE PAPER AWARD (ORAL PRESENTATION)

• All abstract for oral and poster presentation is qualified to enter for this award. • Must be registered as a participant and the registration fee must be made before the day of conference. • If the author withdraws a contribution after its acceptance by the scientific committee, registration for the conference will be maintained and there will be no refund of the registration fees. • Three awards will be given: Gold Medal Award, Silver Medal Award and Bronze Medal Awards. • Certificate of participation will be given to those who are unable to get any of the awards.

• The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

VIDEO PRESENTATION FORMAT • Format Video (mp4), 720p • Video size: Max 400MB – max 5 mins

• Should be appropriate for a general audience. • Explicit or simulated sex, virtual pornography,nudity and violence are prohibited. • The organizer, in its sole discretion, may determine if a video is not eligible for consideration • Video submitted can be used for publicity in relation to the event. • Video submitted belongs to the participant.
