The 2015 Spring Craft Fair was a huge success, but I have club members ask why we can’t close the fair at 2 p.m. I decided to study the sales by hour. I have always had my own idea of our time slots and joke that sales begin to pick up around 9:30 a.m. and die down around lunch time. An analysis seemed like a good idea at the time.
