Alderley Park Parklands Introducing

Alderley Park: Parklands Introducing Alderley Park

In the heart of rural and set within 400 acres of historic parkland, Alderley Park is the focus of a unique and ambitious vision. From its country estate heritage dating back to 1818, Alderley Park has evolved into an internationally important location for scientific discovery. Today we are creating a destination that brings people of similar mindsets together in a collaborative community that opens up the park not only to bioscience innovators but also forward thinking businesses, from start-ups through to international headquarters.

Overlooking Alderley Park’s farmland on one side and woodlands on another, Parklands is a 100,000 sq ft building sitting across five floors. Award-winning, the building has been built to such a high standard it’s a rare find outside of a city centre market. The atrium

At the focal point of Parklands is a central atrium which is home to a coffee shop and staff break-out space. A large space it also lends itself to events. Design your own workspace

This is an example of how your space could work for you. But we believe the best workplaces are designed around you. So what if you could create your own kind of workplace? A place that brings your brand to life, energises your team and inspires people to do business with you. What kind of place would that be?
