2. Date of Scrutiny . . 23-10-2013 & 24-10-2013 (10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.)

3. Date for withdrawal of candidature . . 26-10-2013 to 31-10-2013 (10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.)

4. Date of Publication of final list . . 01-11-2013 of candidates.

5. Date of polling . . 23-11-2013 (10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M.)

6. Date, place and time for . . 01-12-2013 onwards in the OSBC Building during counting of votes. Office hours. 2 Attention please—

A. Printed nomination papers are available at Orissa State Bar Council Office, and cost of one nomination paper is Rs. 100.00 only.

B. Out of total number of 25 seats. 13 seats shall be filled up by persons, who have for at least 10 years been advocates on the State Roll as per proviso to Section 3 (2) (b) of the Advocates Act, 1961.

C. Fees of Nomination Rs. 10,000 is non-refundable, but in case of withdrawal 50% thereof is refundable.

D. Programme Nos. 1 to 3 above, before Secretary/Returning Officer, Orissa State Bar Council, at Cuttack & programme No. 4 in the Office of the Orissa State Bar Council at Cuttack.
